why would anyone start sending insulting messages to someone they don't know or has ever interacted with just because you said you are happy living on Thailand?
Because, they are cu.....solly na, they're from Scunthorpe.

I maintain a residence on Wireless road.
From your comments, I would guess that you are not on speaking terms with many wealthy farang in Thailand.
Because they largely share the OP's observations.
These are guys who have NO financial issues, in any country anywhere on earth.
Do you know any such farangs? Or, are you taking about pensioners?
Of course you do Fex, just keep on telling us how wonderful your life is: awesome!

My experiences at government hospitals for my wife & I have very good.
Yup, there are some rubbish doctors, just the same as anywhere else.
My mother had a stroke a few years ago, the Paramedic thought she'd hurt her leg - she had no feeling.
In A&E, she was not seen by a doctor for four hours.
The doctor, realising it was a stroke, apologised to my sister, but by then the damage was done. She didn't survive. This was in the UK.
As for Thailand being 6th in the world, I doubt it.

That's really not much.

I agree. I think its clear what has washed up here in Thailand. Many of these online personalities appear like they were not well socialized, could not meet women in their home country or struggle to have a meaningful relationship.
Yes, one just has to walk around Centen to see some of the misfits.
Then they come on tvf, & post such tripe at times, argue with conviction, that I find myself questioning their mental health.
Thank gawd I'm normal.......

The above picture makes me wonder...who lived there, was it a happy family with children running around?
Where are they all now?

An ankle bracelet on arrival! That failing, a dog collar and leash controlled by an army general!
Fantastic idea, then the dog collar could be activated remotely to deliver a shock, whenever 'the dirty foreigners' misbehave.
Still, some of the more progressive amongst us might enjoy it.....

Hey Moonlover, why did my post make you "Sad"?
Let me know, old bean.

Doesn't she have a pr manager, or do they 'allow' her to talk in her daft way?
After all, she still gets media coverage, & maybe that's why we here her ramblings.
I thought the red hijab looked a bit too fashionable; but, she gets noticed!
Perhaps a little less beak might help....?
Edit:
She was banging her last manager. Surprising really, thought she 'batted for the other side'.

What sort of rice is it, as it was only mentioned 12 times & I found that a bit vague.......?

Each visa position has a camera that looks like a big round black eye...part of the process is to get your pic even though you bring pictures...what could this possibly mean? ????
That's the camera that's always there....same as immigration at the airport, unless it's changed.
Whether they use a specific camera for face recognition, I don't know, but I don't think the Udon one is.
The reason they have a camera is so they have 100% sure that you came in on that day.

Thai authorities have been struggling to monitor the whereabouts of foreigners.
Really! Maybe they can make a case for GPS tracking devices for each foreigner...
Went to immigration yesterday...they have installed facial recognition for visa applicants...probably tied to a world's fugitive database...be advised if you have outstanding warrants in your home country.
Visa process for extension of stay at Udon Thani took about 20 min from time I handed over documents until I received back my passport with new 1 year extension...kudos to Thai lady who did my paperwork...????
Really....?
I was in Udon immigration about 10 days ago, & didn't see this. They've got a new fingerprint scanner though.
What does device look like, where in the office is it?

I get more confused each day, maybe I really do need some Aricept, or maybe, just perhaps, the gubmint is unsure.
I thought Prayut - is it General or pm, had also claimed the position of dpm?
The other day, didn't Colinneil's best mate - ol' fatty, when talking about going to Khun Kaen, also refer to himself as dpm?
And now, this geezer - to be polite, is also dpm...
Anyway, who's Spartacus, while we're finding all this out?
Yours

We have one of these bashstewards.
The remote has a mind of its own, & works when it feels like it.
Bought a new remote, no difference.
I might just remove it with a workman's screwdriver one day!

Just another example of:
WWMS.
Weak
Western
Male Syndrome.
Unfortunately too many in the western world have been convinced mostly by western females of this type of thinking.
I had an older lady in a previous life would not trade my fantastic sexy young one now for that. No way....
An example of:
DMWYGS
Deluded
Man
With
Young
Girl syndrome.
Bet you speak fluent Thai, & have 6 condos....

This is not a western country. It is not necessary to listen to or concur with such nonsense.
We all get old.
People are not a commodity, to be exchanged like a car, for a younger model.
I imagine that the majority of us are able to think for ourselves, & don't get "verbally convinced" - but maybe you are being so...?
Have a wonderful day.

It is not their formal way of greeting so they are unaware.
But, I stopped shaking hands with Thai males after noticing they rarely wash their hands after going number 2.
Do you wait outside male toilets to check?
But tell me, how do you know they've had a number 2, it's puzzling, unless you're in the cubicle with them.......
Have a nice day.

Well, it is truly thank you and actually almost 40 years.
Very untainted and pure. Most of the good ones are not working in a bar.
And the sex everyday is so wonderful keeps me so young.
She has the heart, mind and strength to take very good care of me.
It is true love to the utmost but do not be jealous there is someone for everyone so maybe true love is out there for you.
What's the title of your novel?

Sitting around complaining about things.
Being with someone who is young, positive and vibrant is so much better.
Keeps me thinking positive and makes me much more active.
A positive healthy attitude and support by your significant other sure goes a long way.
You must be young.
How on earth did you manage to think that we:
"sit around etc"?
Complain, nope, never.-
