High blood pressure is a relatively minor condition for most people, which is controllable.   Untreated high blood pressure (a condition) can be dangerous as it can increase the risk of heart disease and strokes.

Hardly fake news!  Calm down or you'll be on the meds. too!????????

If you prefer sandals try a pair of Ecco walking sandals. I've had bilateral knee replacements and my balance is stuffed. The Ecco sandals are very good for my confidence. They are pricey but worth it for the support and grip of the sole in the wet or sand. Good luck.

Which ones do you have & from where did you buy them please?

  3. We have a Jack Russell, he's the smaller breed & a fantastic dog, but has loads of energy. They are good with children, my bil in the UK has one with their 5 year old son.

We got him from him FB, & the service from the breeder was excellent, plenty of pre sale & aftercare help. Cost was 6k, Inc preliminary vaccinations & airfare & travel crate.

    Yes, PP is rather expensive.

And our boy is very affectionate, & playful.

  4. Yes, falling is something I'm very aware of, & because of my hip replacement, I do actually worry a lot.

I bought these about 18 months ago, they are very strong & stable. Comfortable too. I might buy a walking stick/cane, if my vanity permits.

Ordered through Amazon, & Inc tax etc, came to a shocking 7k baht! I will definitely buy them again though.

In my parents last few years, they had some nasty falls. Saddens me so much to think about them.

    Boy, you ARE old!!!!!

By comparison to you, we most probably are, & that is because you, are young. You're not even 40, & that is when you 'start life'. My father used to tell me so, & of course, I didn't believe him. He was right.

Anyway, no doubt you'll dismiss my post with a "meh" or whatever the young, inexperienced, & innocent - yes, innocent do these days.

Enjoy your day; & reading my wordy post!!  ( 'tis the Alzheimer's y'see) ????:w00t:

Most of us are grandpas reminiscing.

Our lives are over and we're waiting for death, all we have left is our memories, and they're gradually leaving us as well.

Not a bleedin' chance, all my faculties are still...erm...what was I saying Marjorie??
