some more information regarding the future blade batteries from Byd. Look promising https://carnewschina.com/2024/12/09/exlusive-byd-targets-15-cost-reduction-with-blade-battery-2-0/

It looks like you know what you’re talking about, so I’d like to clarify something. Are credit cards reported if they have a credit line exceeding $50K? For example: If you have a standard credit card with a low credit limit, it’s not reported. If you have a special credit card with a credit line over $50K, it gets reported. Or is it based on the actual balance? For instance, if you overpay your credit card and end up with a real balance (not the credit line, but the actual balance) of more than $50K, does that trigger reporting? Thank you!

Yes in China they get the 800V Evo platform and Also next year the new blade battery is coming. https://cnevpost.com/2024/11/25/byd-to-launch-next-gen-blade-battery-2025/ maybe that is why they are also cutting the price quicky . The car of today is going to obsolete very soon

If I understand correctly, if a person receives interest income above 60,000 THB per year, they should file a tax return. This would result in receiving a refund. If a person does nothing, in the end, the state saves money since it doesn’t have to issue the refund. However, if I understand correctly, theoretically, a person could receive a fine of 2,000 THB for not filing the return. I assume that, in that case, one would have to file the return, pay the 2,000 THB fine, and then receive the refund. Is what I’m writing correct? Thank you.

Anyway, if someone is interested, it's best to call their dealer. It's a rather complicated promotion, but it seems advantageous if you meet the requirements.

There are all the usual benefits, plus a 240,000 THB trade-in super valuation, so I think this is the best promotion at the moment if you have something to trade and plan to finance 240.000 is for the Seal premium 150.000 for the dynamic 200.000 for the performance you can find the details here in Thai language https://www.reverautomotive.com/en/news/byd-seal-oct-campaign

There is a new special promotion for Byd Seal limited to 888 units . maybe someone is interested

Gentlemen, I don't know about you, but there are so many news, updates, models, etc. coming out that it's starting to get complicated to follow everything. Not much in Thailand yet, but in China, it's a continuous stream of new models, restyling, etc…

https://carnewschina.com/2024/09/13/geely-ex5-electric-suv-will-head-to-norway-australia-thailand-and-indonesia/ competitor to the atto 3 is coming

I just read that Byd will introduce its new batteries by the end of the year. (Earlier, they mentioned September.) The new battery should guarantee greater autonomy and at least a 30% reduction in costs, according to reports.

The new Geely galaxy e5 look very interesting. i don’t know if it will arrive also in Thailand . look like a nice car for a nice price (in China)
-
Anybody have a look at the Zeekr X ? for me is the nicest in that segment . It’s also the more expensive one
-
Gentlemen, in my opinion, despite the exceptional discounts we've been seeing lately, it MAY be worth waiting. The new batteries from BYD and CATL that are expected to be released soon could bring significant improvements and further cost reductions. The problem—or the advantage, depending on how you look at it—of electric cars is that we're in a period of continuous development and refinement, which brings both advantages and disadvantages, depending on how one views and manages the situation. While a 20-year-old combustion engine car can still be relevant today, the same is unlikely for an electric car. It's a bit like with computers; when moving from mechanics to technology/informatics, the timelines change
