yes i feel sorry for you, my friend met a thai *massage* girl, in Korea flew her back to Thailand, i met them in Pats 12 months ago, next thing i know she is in the UK for 6 months ? they are back in Thailand now, he leaves here the first week in January, then she will follow him, yes i agree, it seems so unfair to genuine people, its like sticking a pin on the donkey game, and we let immigrants into a UK without a pot to pis in

as said before it happens in every major city, but what this lot like doing is reporting every small crime, which they do not realise paints a bad picture for any future tourists for example London is rife with pickpockets, (yes immigrants) but does not get reported every day. because it is trivial news. (ok not for the victim) but trivial all the same. when you get robbed in the UK all you get is a crime number and that is probably all you will get. but this lot make a big fuss, in so doing shoot themsleves in the foot big time

called a meeting, that will sort it, i like the *formed a committee,* sounds a bit more *official* remember the famous US guy (name slips me) who shamed them into getting rid of the power lines, and the farangs picking up trash, its sad they should have to be shamed just to do normal every day jobs

4 years ago i got my agent to go to the cop shop, to explain, (3rd fine for my Ford pick up with photos) shame i did not even own a vehicle or a driving licence then, he came back and said you should have seen the pile on his desk of unpaid fines, it was huge, so i dont think much will change

and we had a postings recently about Thais not acepting blame, a classic case and 3 times over the limit. that should be a 2 year ban in my books but probably a small fine in reality, and off he goes on his merry way until he kills some innocent person,

so i assume chinese (and others) think its ok to ride a bike with no licence, so that would mean that would invalidate any insurance they THINK they have ? an insurers dream. * you have big accident ? sorry (he he) run along *

funny how they come out of the woodwork, many years later, another yank in my book, seeking her minute of fame, oh he did this, he did that, i could write a book about when i was in the music industry many moons ago, even at the local disco, young girls throwing themselves at the DJ, i am not condoning anything here before the holier than though lot chime up,(who know jack <deleted>) it was a fact back in the day, 14 year olds dolling themselves up to look 18, to get into a club, it still goes on to this day. we even parked outside the local school once to try and indentify some, but they hid their face and ran away when they saw us

so the MAYOR said what,? and inspector Cluso said it was either and inside job or and outside job, obviously murder, as spotted by post 3. and they were money collectors, are this lot asleep, dont you think this lot could do with a bit of western help as to solving crime, you know just a nudge to point them in the right direction, maybe start reading thaivisa would help a bit, as the police said there were no shell casing left, one can ASSUME they were shot yes? post 1

totally agree with posts 2 and 4, things will never change, they never look, they probably think, oh he can see me, go round me. what amazes me is on the dual cariageway, by pass (read railway line) there is a solid white line on the cross roads (denoting a halt) yet they go flying through it, and you are the one having to give way if you want to stay alive

Bikes No Green Book ?
in Motorcycles in Thailand
Posted · Edited by mercman24
up date.. this guy sent me 9 official documents, said i could tax and insure the bike, BUT ADVICE TAKEN, i reply but i am not the OWNER, so scenario, 6 months down the line this guy shows up (his mate) saying this is my stolen bike i have the green book, so its goodbye 65000 baht and the bike , no thanks, my local mot station (they do my yearly road tax) did not have a clue when i showed them the documents, why are there so many bikes about with no green book as surely when a bike is registered there is a green book, (3 so far just by my enquiries)
