What should I expect to pay using an agent in Pattaya?

My UK passport expires end of June 2024. I am resident in Thailand with no trips planned before then. With all the unexpected delays that have occurred over the last few years I wish to renew it via an agent with plenty of time to spare. Is there a maximum period before its expiry that I can do this. I was planning to go to an agent about 9 months before its expiry. Would this be allowed.

Did you pay using a Thai Bank account?

Is there anyone in Pattaya who provides a Wizz TV service. I would need help with installation and subsequent support when needed.

My Thai wife is visiting Australia in September for 2 weeks. She has a Thai passport that expires February 2024. Will she need to renew it before she goes or can she wait until the end of this year?

If I leave it set like this does it mean that a scammer couldn't access it until I activate it. If I switch to Quick Assist am I able to access a laptop using a different version of Windows to me?

How and if so why would anyone use it if there is no security.

I was having trouble with car aircon. I then switched aircon setting from circulate around car to only feed front and it has greatly improved. Only works when you don't have any passengers sitting in the back seats of the car.

I have an Xcell file on my new computer that I want to use on an old laptop which has an older version of Xcell. I have copied the file to the laptop but when try to open it I find I cannot, Any suggestions?

I have just replaced the colour ink cartridge on my HP printer and it has now shown as full and ready. When I then try to print or take a copy it only prints the black part of the image It is the same if I try to take a colour copy. Any ideas what I can try to sort out problem?

Switching email address is not easy and a lot of work. Several passwords are linked to my hotmail. Is there any automatic way to change. I already have a gmail account where all my hotmails are automatically forwarded.

Do all new flash drives work with Windows 11 or is there something I need to check?

I got someone to send me email and again it only showed for 2 seconds.

This morning I sign on to my hotmail a/c with no problem. Click on INBOX and see I have 3 emails. Within 2 seconds before I can open one, the list disappears and it shows INBOX empty. I click INBOX again and they show for 2 seconds again and disappear. Anybody have any idea why and how I can solve the problem?

I am looking to buy a new 500GB USB hard drive to do the monthly back up of my laptop files. Is it a good idea to buy from Lazada or Shoppee and is there any particular make recommended? The one I was using produces a message from the laptop when connecting it that there is a problem so as it is over 10 years old, I am not thinking of getting it repaired but rather replace it. I am not too concerned with the speed as I will probably only be using it about once a month.
