Where on their web site did you access that information?
-
As I previously mentioned my Social Sec No is not accepted by France Connect. Have you any idea how long the maintenance will take.

Thanks for your comments. I sign in OK on Info Retraite (info-retraite.fr) but cannot find where the form is located. Did you have to join France Connect? Can you do a screenshot of what I have to click to get access to my blank form.

Many thanks but previous forms that I have completed / returned have had my social security number at the top of the page. I think it will be safer to wait until I receive a form from them with this on. 4 years ago I had to wait 15 months for my pension payments to restart and they did pay my backlog that was due. Why was I told as a child that life gets easier as you get older??????

I send them a signed copy every year in November but have just received an email saying that I can now receive and then send the signed copy via the internet. When I access theInfo Retraite (info-retraite.fr) website it explains why it is best for me to join which I have then attempted to do. I then key in exactly the same personal information as when I started with info-retraite.fr but it continually rejects my social security number saying that it is wrong ( I have checked it very carefully when keying it in). At my age - 80, I now want to do everything I can in the easiest possible manner and I have now decided to do it by post. I have now amended my contact preferences as below and will hopefully wait for the form to arrive by post. They say that they will stop my pensions after 31/12/21 so I have a little time. Thanks for your help.

On the website it says that once it is completed it can be scanned and returned.

How do I get it signed/witnessed here by a consul.
-
Thank you for your help but I already have an account registered with info-retraite.fr and go to it when I want to check past or future payments but I cannot get a Certificat de Vie from it which I will need to get signed/witnessed here in Pattaya. If I cannot do it, will I be able to change my profile to allow them to send the certificate by post like it has been done in the past and if so how do I change my profile..

I am an Englishman living in Pattaya who receives a French pension for the several years I worked there. Up to now I have received, completed and had witnessed a Certificat de Vie each year and then returned it by post. I have just received an email from info-retraite advising me that I can now do it online. The problem is that I am having a problem accessing and downloading a blank certificate. My French now is not very good and I am having difficulty understanding from their website how to access and download a blank certificate. Is there anyone who knows how I could solve this problem?

What percentage of golfers get a hole in one in their lifetime?
lelapin replied to ASEAN NOW News's topic in Golf in Thailand
Lowest handicap I ever reached was 18. In 35 years of golf 3 holes in one (9 iron, 7 wood and driver) including one aged 76 at Siam Country Club where I was awarded a framed photo of my scorecard and presentation of gift from the club. -

I see on the internet the following re dosage Euthyrox works best if you take it on an empty stomach, 30 to 60 minutes before breakfast Euthyrox: Side Effects, Uses & Dosage - Drugs.com On the package I got from the hospital it says take one tablet daily after breakfast. What would you recommend?

Many thanks for your comments. I will try it for a week or so and see how I feel.

I visited a hospital today and after a high blood test reading - TSH - 8.91 (normal 0.27 - 4.2) I was told by the Dr that I had a thyroid problem and he would prescribe generic Levothyroxine - Euthyrox. When I got home, for general info I checked it on the internet and was horrified with what I read. Euthyrox User Reviews for Underactive Thyroid - Drugs.com I am 80 years old with several medical problems and I am most concerned that if I start taking this medicine I could cause serious problems to myself. Some knowledgeable, helpful responses would be much appreciated.

One year ago I experienced heat stroke when exercising too much outdoors in hot conditions. I was taken to a local hospital where I stayed in ICU for one night and had various tests. When released I was told to take it easy for a while to recover and I read that it could take up to 12 months to fully recover. It is now 12 months later and although I am considerably better, when I am subjected to heat of about 32 degrees or more, I have to resort to cooling myself down with an ice pack or a handheld fan or I start to feel a little faint. I am now 80, so is this a situation I must accept to live with or is it worth getting a medical review.

My friend has passed on this info to me:- This problem started about 4 months ago. So I dismissed allergies. What I considered most and she informed the Doctor was ,that this problem started about 2 weeks after she recovered from Dengue Fever, but seems to have been dismissed by the Doctor. They never tested her blood, I had to ask the Hospital for a CATSCAN, which according to the Pyathai Siracha hospital revealed nothing irregular. I have arranged for her to take her medical file and prescribed medicine to see a neurologist Dr Sith Sathorn Sumetee on the 25th this month. Is this a Dr you have heard of? Many thanks for your help.
