SIM and DIM, maybe S and D next to each other on the keyboard may have something to do with it. Just a thought.

“ If you're concerned about corruption you're in the wrong place.” Honestly, I don’t think the issue is about corruption, it is about the legality of one’s extension if properly audited, following this corruption. -

I think the blade was not designed for that equipment. -
Hey GypsyT, I think you are getting confused with Google instructions. Most people from the NE as KhunBENQ mentioned, use the 304 all the way to Korat. It passes to the East of Khao Yai National Park, since no turnpikes. Great road and used many times. 4 lanes all the way.

I use Lazada and get refunds all the time. I think the trick is that you have to converse with the shop first your complaint. If no joy, start refund process through Lazada with your reason for refund mentioning your dialog with the shop and the required photos. Lazada monitors all messages. After submitting, my average time for money to get refunded in my Wallet is about 10 mins. Sometimes less than 10 sec if the reason is obvious. Couldn’t be easier and I am not Thai.

Hey LennyW, it all makes sense now. The bike thought he had right of way because of him going straight ahead. Little do Thai folks realise that the very small funny shaped red sign with English word of STOP means anything ( due to the solid white line across his side). I see same situation many times in Thailand. Driver thinking he had right of way and legally had, was pissed that he was honked for no reason and then once hormones, rage ,whatever took over, the end result was a certainty.

My thoughts, the car was approaching a T intersection ( 3 way intersection) along the vertical part of the “T” wanting to turn right. The bike was travelling straight through the T from left to right. He beeped the car to tell the car to hold to avoid a collision. After the bike had passed, the angry car driver then turned right to chase down the bike and overtake him and spun off.

Had there been an oncoming car, truck or school bus exactly at that point in time of the impact and the extra multiple deaths, whose fault was it? By the letter of the law, the Police see it that way as well and have charged the driver with reckless driving causing death. Had he stayed in his lane, there wouldn’t have been an accident. However this accident scenario would have been avoided had the 15 year old exercised better judgement. Where does the blame start and stop?

Hey RS237, I agree with your thoughts. I am not apportioning blame here BUT maybe if there was adequate driver training like other countries re if say a dog runs out unexpectedly, one should try to stay in your lane as best as you can. Don’t follow the dog to the impact point. Overall very sad loss of life.
