Why is Little Mary Sunshine getting out of her cot? There are bars, and there are bars. If the man is popping in for a couple of beers and buying the kids a pop, then why not? If you are talking about girly bars, then that is different question.Not all bars are ones where lechers congregate. There are many where the patrons go for good company and conversation. In my experience the bar staff tend to take the kids under their wing.

"Moo"s are municipal regons (villages or any certain area) for sure, not exactly for postal purposes.

the best way to know about "moo"s in a city/area, is having a local municipality map, and remomber, they're not in sequences always:

so many factors in noisy fan:

1- the fan material (that you said you changed to a quieter one)

2- fan speed, too low or too high (try to tune in the range, written on the fan face)

3- case size; the bigger tower, the more eco

4- shaking: fixed or loose. check the screwes and location fitness. i also recommand using a kind of plastic rings to isolate fan from case wall; to reduce shaking noise

5- too tight; fan has not enough room to circulate air

6- wrong direction! most fans should fix in a particular direction and because they are box shaped, this is so normal for technichian to fit it in a wrong direction (ex., fan tries to circulate in a wrong direcrion, near the wrong window/path).

Installing and even using AV software %100 correctly never make you %100 safe. And it’s not a big deal because viruses are not the only cyber threat.
