How could the residents accept entry and exit of the elevator when knowing up or down movement could occur at any time.
Was an accident waiting to happen, and it did happen.
As motor-bike riders dice with death unneccessarily with their speeding and not wearing safety hats, so these elevator users did the same. No sympathy there.
They say that the pen is mightier than the sword, excepting when the pen is held by a fool.

Waiting for the pro-Suthep supporters to come out and say Chalerm is once again exaggerating the numbers.
Chalerm is once again exaggerating the numbers.
Happy now?
Actually the numbers are weekday people, most of who are possibly unemployed, from my observation the crowed gets bigger after six pm, and dies down after 10pm. it’s the weekend warriors that he needs to be concerned about, and this weekend is a long weekend.

Probably trying to work out what to charge him with. Sedition won't work.
Or they obviously haven’t finished interrogating him yet. He must be a hard nut to crack.

That the whole thing is corrupt and that there will be plenty of proof, nobody will doubt. But how high the courts will reach and how long those found guilty will spend in prison, is the big question.
If it all blows over as before Thailand and Thai people will have much worse coming. The vultures are ready to strike anytime when they feel safe.
Regrettably no one of any importance will spend any time in prison. Yingluck and co if convicted will leave the country and live a life of luxury. The new government will not do anything to bring them back to serve their sentences. I believe things are going to change in Thailand in the near future but not very much. Corruption has been a way of life here for a long time and will remain for the foreseeable future.
If (Big If) the new government does not follow up with any extradition applications, does this mean that the 7 farmers who committed suicide and left their families destitute because of the existing government rice policies have no value?

BINGO!

One problem is these girls are so desperate to have a boyfriends, which is a big social status symbol for them that they will do anything the boy ask just to please him.
The other problem of course is that “sex” is in every teenagers mind from the beginning of time. Sex between teenagers is not considered as criminal, as long as there is consent from both parties.
Sex education at schools talk about preventative measures on pregnancies, HIV, and other viruses, it does not educate the teenagers on the morality of keeping virginity until marriage. Nor does it educate the primary school students on the dangers of under-age sex. Last, but not least, the male species is a natural hunter, and the system does not educate the males.

Buddhism of course, preaches that the only one who can achieve Nirvana is oneself - no-one can do it for you.
Buddhism teaches that one should refrain from alcohol.
The Thai government (of both persuasions) have used the religion as a vehicle for its own anti-alcohol campaign. Buddhism managed perfectly well without a legal ban on alcohol until 6 or 7 years go. Why does it need one now?
Buddhism is not the state religion of Thailand and a number of Thai citizens are not Buddhists. It is wrong therefore, to impose Buddhist strictures on the population as a whole. Especially when the Abhisit government tweaked the law 3 or 4 years ago, to allow their mates who own big hotels to serve alcohol whilst free standing bars and restaurants are precluded. The law stinks and should be rescinded.
Sir, if u are so obsessed about alcohol, why don’t u just stock up for the weekend?

Wouldn’t it be wonderful if they could just concentrate on clearing their depts. And find solutions to the education problem, before squandering more tax payer’s money.
