SCB is very easy. I went to the branch office 2 days ago. Ypou just need your passport and your bankbook. They copy the passport, take one mug shot of you, then after a short while they send a SMS to your phone with a activation code which you have to show them and then after that it was done. Took about 5 minutes. But to wait in the queue for service was more than half an hour... So no problem at all
