    Sorry DrJack 54 just want to clarify two points. I can obtain a 90 day Non-O (akin to a single entry visa) inside Thailand? 400K does not need to seasoned for this?

    Thanks DrJack, that was my next question! Do a border bounce, obtain a 60 day visa exempt entry (UK passport) into Thailand then do a 60 day visit wife extension and finally a 12 month extension with 400K seasoned.

    That was my understanding too, my original non-O was multi entry and I am still in the country on the same extended entry as when I got the wife extension. So I think it's not possible, I will check with my immigration office in the meantime. Thanks again.

    My original marriage based non-o visa was issued in 2019, during the pandemic I did a couple of "Covid" extensions and 1 "visit wife" extension. For the last 3 years I have obtained marriage based extensions using the seasoned 400,000 THB method, for various reasons that amount is not currently available. My current extension expires on February 27th, so my question is can I do another 60 day "visit wife" extension at that time?

    Thanks for your replies, I need time to transfer and season the funds. My understanding is that the 400,000 is not needed for the initial non-o as it's single entry.

    I wasn't sure if the 12 month extension was allowed after doing the 60 day visit wife extension.

    Good morning, is the following possible: 1. Obtain a single entry non o visa based on marriage (90 days) from Savannakhet 2. Close to the expiry of the above visa obtain a 60 day "visit wife" extension from Thai immigration office 3. Close to the expiry of the above extension apply for a 12 month extension based on 400,000 Baht seasoned funds It's step 3 that I'm unsure about. Thanks in advance
