At this stage those who are unvaxed have mostly chosen to be. IMO that makes them a threat to themselves and everyone else. (I’m obviously not referring to countries with little access to vaccines)

Sweeping statement that means nothing to anyone who’s been clever enough to do a bit of research. -
Thinking of buying a condo in Bangkok

And yet I’m hearing and experiencing something totally different. In my building in Bangkok 4 units sold in the last month at close to reasonable asking prices. Lower than 2 years ago but very acceptable. Here in Hua Hin I’ve been half heartedly trying to sell for the past 3 years. The market has been depressed for a while due to over supply. I’ve been living here the last 3 months and it’s it’s made me take a different view. With foreign tourists non existent it’s a much nicer place to be and I’m likely not going to sell. Having said that I’ve had 2 viewings this week. Bangkok people are buying like crazy the last 2-3 months. where I definitely agree with you is on the rental, side. That market has been decimated. In difficult times the better properties will always have some strength. -

The same can be said about almost every country. When the U.K. was having record deaths last year the government changed how they counted deaths and suddenly 20k+ were knocked off the numbers. -

This from the British Embassy · You should contact Ministry Of Foreign Affairs directly on 025728442 if you successfully registered for a vaccine via the MFA website and have subsequently received an email stating your application has been declined.

When I registered they only wanted my pink card, I asked if they wanted my passport too but they didn’t. I don’t know if that made a difference

The hospital gave me a number to call (their number I think) to call if I didn’t hear anything, but exactly a week later I was given appointment for a later date. I had the jab 6 weeks ago
