To discuss about this constitution is useless when we know that as soon as something is not running exactly as the Establishment wishes "they" create the circumstances bringing another coup.

Please remember that the 2006 constitution was NOT a good one already. The only one which was respecting the population was the 1997 one.

Even with a written by Army constitution, like in 2006, another coup then a Junta with a strong fist is still possible.

The constitution has NOTHING to do with all of this. The only question is "Is establishment ready to share the power and the prosperity with the Thai population?"

If you are from the elite (and even PT, a politician is from the elite), the members of your family can do anything.
