All heaters sold out.
-
Anyone have one to sell?
-
I love the colder weather, but I have an African Grey who now has a runny nose. This is not good. I went everywhere and called all the places that sell heaters and none to be had. Supposed to get more in tomorrow at Home Mart.

I love the cold unfortunately my African Grey doesn't fair well below 7O. Now has runny nose. Worse than children

I loved Austin to NY to Germany to Singapore to CM the shorter fly times and stops made it easier for me. Long hauls are hard on an old body.

I agree with you Steve. No prayer in schools, but classes should be taught about the different types of religions around the world and how they came to be. Maybe it would help with tolerance.

Put them in Alcatraz it's available.

Head toward canal rd, cross canal, and take first right. Long street of fresh market foods. Walking distance.

I can get Netflix with a VPN but not Hulu, or Amazon Prime. Are there any other options.

Sometimes at the Sat am farang farm French market there is a guy who sells the real cheese still in a wheel. Loafs of fresh French breads, pastries, quiche, and pizza. There are other homemade items also, like humus and free coffee. Great people. Starts at 8 get there early.

If the photos of the property consist of flowers, the beach, two people sharing a drink, things to do nearby, and you never see a picture of the room or the lobby or the restaurant you need to walk away. so far that has only happened to me twice in Thailand. now I stick to TripAdvisor and Agoda.

I have found that almost all dishes can be ordered not spicy. Pick restaurant s that are very busy during meal time. That usually means fresher food because they have to cook to keep up and usually offer more choices. Thank goodness for photos. Most larger restaurants let me pick individuals foods from different dishes.
You can't miss with loaded soups. Tom Yom and have them add extra pork or prawn, mixed veg including greens and always noodles. Kee Mao is one of my favorites from Oishi (Japanese) kinda. Not all curry is spicy. Just keep experimenting. Original CM food is not spicy.

Can they now go get the poor tortured gorilla off the Bangkok mall roof.

A couple of Thai here telling me about it and how awesome. Ha ha. I forgot where I was. I'm from Austin and we DO have a new, incredible F1. Use it for mega huge concerts. Good times

The new F1 track in Buriram is awesome.

The guesthouse was "Aree" and not actually IN Chaingmai, but up in the hills between here and Bangkok. It was a real nasty place.

A Thai just tried to convince me that all the testing on DNA was done in Singapore so the Thai gov would not be accused of conflict of interest. It was all I could do not call him an idiot. I was also told that the world is questioning procedure because we watch too much CSI. OMG

Briggsy. It has been 14 yrs since the Kristy Jones murder/rape and guess what? The police were said to have botched the investigation and evidence was mishandled. Sound familiar? Amazingly enough according to the news (not Thai). The British investigation did DNA tests and identified the murderer. 16 mo ago. Sure. Anyway, 14 yrs later and no changes in police investigations? TIT.

When I asked my tuk tuk driver why everyone smiles he just kinda chuckled and said it's because we don't understand a word your saying. He's a funny guy.
Getting my African Grey to the US
in Chiang Mai
Posted
I had planned to retire here for many moons to come, however, just when you think it's safe to go in the water....
I'm having a hard time picturing my Grey in a crate for 30+ hours and mandatory 30 day observation at Port of entry.
Just to make it more difficult she can only enter US at Miami, LA, or NY.
Has anyone ever sent a Parrott To US ?
