So, it is possible that he crossed along with a guy like that, whom the IOs don't check.

I cross this border before and I think you right the border agent probably let him go for some raison...

, that why when he go back to laos they let him go whit no problem!

there is only one way to check at the border, what is on the computer,he was deported for about 3 month all ready,he as only one new passeport whit the same name,some one told me immigration check only by passeport number?hard to believe! he now he can not come back in Thailand,and when immigration find out when he return to laos they let him go!  he try to come back in Thailand because he know something about but I can not figure out!

a friend who was on overstay for more than 10 years was cut by immigration and deported to france,is french, come back a month later to laos ,where he live now,he get a new passeport and com back in thailand a less two time,how this is possible! the immigration find out when he was retourning in laos and let him go...

a lot of people who don't have the money to get they visa barrow from some company, I have ben offer that service by some one at the tourist police! that illegal, some people all way try to go around  the system ! that why immigration try to avoid that, and I understand! is like marriage visa I have a marriage visa for 10 years now and I have to wait two month to get my visa back to Bangkok, and that because of fake marriage! all that make everything hard for other people,why you all way complaint about immigration,i have no problem whit them and a lot people are like me!

immigration do not want the affidavit from consulat because consulat do not check your income! now they want make hard for people to get money they don't have... people are making all the problem no the immigration! for ten years I follow the rule and don't have any problem! if you cant follow the rule do not come in Thailand stay I your own country!

i buy this scooter new and never have a problem of course i replace the battery and do some maintenance,i move from phuket to udon thani and i take my honda to a repair shop just by my house to change oil and spark plug and check every thing i get my scooter back whit a bill of 200 bath and i was happy but the next day my scooter stop working no to fare from my house and i take back to the same shop, they check the engine and told me the valve are not seal and the scooter can not start and i need news vales and piston and ring?i told theme the scooter as only 32000 km and they reply that a lot km for a scooter,since that time i am not sur that was the problem my scooter all way run very good,so i need to get some advise what you think about that, i think i got scam but i am not sur since i get my scooter back i notice more power so i think they do the work, also i walk to the shop and i see the engine a parts,look the valves but can not said i am not a mecanic,also when i was in koh samui and phuket about 3 years i do not drive the scooter who was seating and my drive way,the all job was 2500 thai bath and take two day to complete this is really good if i really need but i am not sur,what you think!
