i do that 4 years ago rented a house in koh samui paid 10000 bt deposit when we arrived in koh samui the real estate agent was not there,we go to the police they dont care,so we go to a hotel and look for a new house,we loose are money,so no, do not send any money.the web site show a lot very good photo,we got a contract in english all that was a scam!

find some one in phuket to go check the house,and dont paye to much deposite!

hello, today i am very desapointed ,when i meet my wife i know she as a boy who was living white her grand mother, we get married and buy a house and i told her now you son need to be whit you, i want take care of him he was 3 year old and was going to a public school,first thing i do is to put him in a prive school,one year later i learn from the school that is was not doing anything but playing at all the time,so i put him back to a public school to see if is going to change and be better before i put him back to a prive school, but he never change, now is 8 years old and his book are a real mass in is back pack and we need to buy almost every week new colors and crayon and every thing, also he lie all the time, we buy him a toth bruch for school he never use, the only thing he want to do is play! but when we go to the store and give him some money for the play grand he love to play the machine who do like racing car he is very sharp and play like crazy,so i think he really hate school and i dont know what to do,any one know ,can you help, i am thinking about sending him back to is grand mother,but i really love this boy!

my marriage visa was over and i change for a retirement visa, marriage visa is to complicated, no need to wait on month to get passport back,i think they have o lot of fake marriage,if you have the money to show just go head is better!

me to at the patong office for my 90 day report last month, they ask me for 100 bt service fee,where can we complaint about that,look like the immigration is getting very bad right now!

last month i have two friend coming from france in vacation, i told theme told the taxi driver to turn the meter on , no one want to do that,for 3 week in bangkok whit different taxi every days! they charge theme about 300 bt even for short distance,so yes, this is going to be hard to make this taxi driver to change the bad habit...

i have the same problem at the udon thani airport i never have that in america, i never rent a other car for the airport,i can rent a car in udon thani from a small company whit 5000 bt deposit cash and get my money back when i take the car back! it take two week to get my money back from avis at the airport!
