Hello We need to renovate a condo building a good profesional specialised in building structure (concrete) as on one side of the building it might need either refilling either complementary concrete uncerneath for the side support of the building, so may be a concrete engineer.. and also a good professional to change or repair all gutters (building of 3 floors/20 condos), electricity specialist also needed to check and renovate the electricity lines and connections in common areas If you know serious people, pls advice. OK for staff out.. but they would not be the first restaurants to clean next morning and not before closing.. Anyway, whatever it is.... it is their decision BUT this is not going to help in any way the restaurants..

This is adding a rule to another rule.. Let the restaurants be open till 9 or close before if they wish or at least finish to take orders from 8 o clock.. Then it is the customers and staff responsability to be home before 9 to respect the curfew hours.. Why if you go to a restaurant 5 minutes away by car from your home, force you to be out at 8 ?? We cancelled our booking for tonight.. Not worth trying to enjoy one evening out if you have to rush to eat and go.. Have a nice day

I know very well some break the law.. My point is, prohibiting any type or quantity of alcohol, doesn t help any fine dining restaurant (as they make most of their profit/margin on alcohol sales) and how, drinking a glass of wine or beer with your meal would affect the Covid issue.. and on top of it now, forcing all eateries to close at 8 is a nonsense.. Hello Reopening is "advertised" everywhere.. Dine in allowed BUT of course not able to get a glass of wine or a beer .. On top of it I just come to know that even curfew being at 9 o clock at night restaurants HAVE TO CLOSE AT 8 !!!! Which nonsense is that ?? Then just say restaurants may open only at noon and for tea time afternoon.. will be clearer !! Best regards

Good morning I have serious doubts about an answer I got, asking if an AGM/EGM can be called nowadays>> it will obviously lead to more than 10 people meeting in person.. One manager told me it can be held if in open air.. Does anyone have an idea and the text which applies to this, as I have to prove what I say ? Hello We need for a small maximum 1 hour job in our building (change a leaking old valve or replace it by a piece of blue pipe).. It has to be done today as it is on the pipe allowing water to enter from the meter till the water reserve and the management informed yesterday as usual doesn t answer neither take action. If good this plumber could become our "regular" plumber for the full building maintenance and if able to do for the electical water pumps Any reco please..
