Thanks.. I unfortunately think that most agencies are completely useless.. As you say some even don t bother to come and see the product.. Some come but when a potential buyer comes then another agent shows up knowing nothing about the place.. I sold a condo here 20 years ago.. had been in 4 or 5 different agencies for months.. O visit.. Then I just decided to order a big metal board I set on the soy at the angle to the condo access.. set it on friday and monday I had a couple show up and purchased (maybe luck but maybe being pro active also..) Anyway if you have any good experience just let me know and I will do the same Have a very good day

Hello Pattaya Optical (in pattaya Klang) makes a very good job.. even for complicated cases My husband who has a long eye problems and surgeries history is fully satisfied with their job (already did 4 pairs of glasses in the 6 last years I am myself also very happy with their job (for me nothing really complicated.. but well done) I recomend taking appointment or going after 11 to have the owner taking care of you if your case is a bit difficult Have a nice day

Hello I highly recomend my manucure/pedicure (also hairdresser) who is very near from Bangkok Pattaya Hospital ...Sukhumvit Soi 28 (second soi on the left after BPH going towards BGK) 4th or 5th shop on the left when entering the soi, just after a local 'restaurant" shop.. I have in grow nails and she works very well and is very nice.. I am her customer for nearly 4 years, never disappointed.. it is a local salon so don t expect luxury etc.. but very clean.. Hello If you have major issue Rutnin Hospital Bgk Dr Roy, excellent.. In BPH Doctor Ataporn, excellent doctor, competent and very much involved in patient s care. She realized a very complicated retina detachment surgery on my husband's eye 2 years ago with great success, very good follow up.. even came on her day off especially to make a follow up 2 days after the surgery.. She works I think from Tuesday till Friday and reaches there early morning around 8.30 Have a nice day

Hello Our condo needs approximately 1.5 to 2 cbm of landfill... It is to put behind the building.. there is a big alley to go through but not enough for a pick up to enter.. so easiest would be to get it in big bags.. Otherwise has to go with a wheelbarrow.. Would anyone know somebody who could provide this at a reasonable rate (it is landfill not high quality soil) Thank you Have a nice day
