They should focus on getting a reliable power supply to most of the country first..no use having a "smart city" with constant blackout and brownouts absolutely no good for IT equipment.

There is a list of approved inverters that you can connect to the grid..no need to risk importing stuff.

Looks to me like he was filling up the radiator with water and his shirt got sucked into the fan belt.
One time I was operating a Capstan Lathe and my big woolly jumper got caught around the lead screw pulling my head slowly but surely towards the jaws of death !!!! my employer was more concerned that I broke the lathe ????

Its possible that a LAN cable will improve the buffering...its also posiblle that buffering is occurring anywhere in the internet chain before teaching you...international bandwidth is often throttled.

so looks like it goes back for replacement. Now the screen is completely black. No way I'll buy a TCL again
Well its ( kind of) good that it went wrong so early still under warranty.. it can happen with any brand, though obviously some are more prone to failure than others.
When you say "completely black" have you tried selecting different inputs other than the Cable TV..no on screen messages at all ?

300 baht up for a clean...if the freon needs "topping up" then you have a leak, the "technicians" should find and offer to fix the leak..often this is in a difficult position and they don't want to do it either through lack of skill or equipment so just "top it up" for an extra few hundred baht...
there is also a scam to say it needs topping up but doesn't...so if they say it needs it ask them to find the leak.

they need to know the Government (which
in my view they are not) serious about stopping the smoke pollution
They are not a government or they are not serious ? IMHO they are both.

Its not about whether they get watched again or how many times..its the fact that they are there instantly available..with known formats and quality..no rubbish, malware, virus or fakes..and no need for an internet connection.
And yes to "they can all sit in your house" and "someone in USA" could also in theory watch too. ????

Why DO you save it all to hard drives when you can stream almost any movie, or download via a torrent?
Because once you download it to hard drive you have it to watch again and again anytime instantly even if you have no internet or the torrents have no seeders and would take weeks to finish..also you can share the files via a NAS server and multiple people can watch or listen at the same time without having to hog internet bandwidth all downloading the same files.

The red "New Zealand" apples ( can't remember what variety name they call them ) sold in Makro are delicious and a good price too. I don't much like the "Granny Smiths" though..more like cooking apples ????

No surprise as its still not legal in Thailand, better to find a ( forward thinking ) country to hold the festival instead.
