Its not necessarily a psychotic episode, and his conduct can still be irrational without being psychotic. And I speak as a mental health professional with 35+years of experience. Some people are just consumed with lust that they often claim psychosis, but often that is not the case.

I thought it was another whitening device as they're worn mainly by women. Up country they have a practical use which is to keep chemical crop spray away and not be breathing it.

I would not say these were the actions of a drunk person.

These actions are much more in line with someone who is totally mentally ill.

I have never known a degree of drunkeness that would compell anyone to do that. The alcohol required to engage in such a blatant crime is way more than enough to render you totally unconscious.

One year ago we bought an orchid that had a very beautiful burnt orange coloured flower. It was brilliant for a few weeks then died. It lives in a small hanging earthenware pot outside the kitchen. Sorry no photos at present. It has four stems that each end in one, sometimes two long fleshy green leaves.. Despite careful watering and some fertilizer it has shown no signs of flowering again. The plant is quite healthy, but want flowers ! Any advice would be helpful.

Its a perennial problem for all of us. Firstly look for an standing water in or near your apartment, like large water urns or ponds. If its off the ground floor spray any household bug spray before you leave and early in the evening. Don't leave any uncovered food or used bottles around. Everything edible or drinkable should be in a plastic container and /or in the fridge. Buy some lemongrass plants in pots and put them around the apartment. Don't leave wet towels or dirty laundry around. i.e If you keep everything spotless there is nowhere for them to breed. Obviously keep doors and windows closed unless you have good insect screens on the windows. Mozzies don't like aircon, so leave it on at night. Good luck.
