You are aware that Fox News is a dishonest "news" outlet, aren't you? FN testified in a court of law that they do not employ fact-checkers, and their aim is to provide entertainment and not fact-based news. The purpose of FN is to fool people into voting for legislators who will benefit the wealthy. That is why Trump's only effective legislation was lower tax cuts for the wealthy. Do yourself a favour - move away from the lies FN puts out.

Is Rapamycin available in Pattaya, from medical clinics or hospitals? Is a prescription necessary? It's not for transplant rejection, but to inhibit mTOR.

I visited the jail just north of Pattaya a couple of years ago. I gave the authorities maybe 10 books (novels) and a pile of magazines - New Scientist and Economist. Maybe they will fill in some time for some of the inmates.

Used English language books: where to donate in Pattaya?
novanova replied to AsiaCheese's topic in Pattaya
I do not know for sure, but I am confident there are quite a few... foolishness, stupidity, dishonesty, bad luck, unfair mistakes etc all add up to many poor buggers being stuck in there. Given the size of the Pattaya tourist crowd, surely quite a few are from the US/UK/AU/NZ etc. -

I am an Australian citizen and resident, and I intend to spend six weeks in Thailand later in the year. My current plan is, enter on a 30-day visa-exempt, and get an extension while in Thailand. My question is: Can I enter with my flight out being in six weeks? Or do I need to have an departure flight within the 30 days of the visa-exempt?

External drive can't be fixed by local shops, where to take it?

If/when you talk to a data recovery service, ask if they have a Class 100 Clean Room. https://datatechlab.com/about-datatech-labs/iso-5-certified-class-100-cleanroom/ If you MUST get your data back, be wary of using an installation that does not have a C100CR. The best firms have them, the lesser players do not. If you are really stuck, consider an overseas firm; they are the best in Australia by far: https://www.payam.com.au -

Soon I will be visiting a friend who lives very close to Queen Sirikit Hospital, off Sukhumvit on the far side of Sattahip. I will be getting one of those white minibuses that zip down Sukhumvit to Rayong. My question is, what time do those buses stop running from Rayong back to Pattaya? Thanks for your help...

I am an Australian citizen and resident. My job in Australia allows me to take extended intervals off, and I would like to spend time (say, 60 days) in Thailand twice a year. I would not be doing any work in Thailand. I am interested in opinions on the merits/disadvantages of: - visa-waiver and extending it. - single-entry tourist visa - multiple entry visa - any other ideas you have Thanks.

In Thai law, yes. I believe "in the hours of darkness" is the correct translation. -

I am looking for a place that does a DEXA body fat scan in Pattaya. I am not looking for a bone/mineral scan. I am not looking for opinions about DEXA scans. Thanks.

Take the baht bus from outside the temple at the bottom of Pattaya Tai. Get off at Sukhumvit, turn left and walk over the footbridge to the other side of Sukhumvit. Wait there. Look for a white minibus with a blue stripe... wave, although many will stop. Ask the driver if he goes to Rayong (most do, some stop at Sattahip).

Entry with a criminal record

He wants to go for 3-4 weeks, so visa-exempt is fine. -
I have a friend (spare me the jokes, I really am asking for a friend) who would like to visit Thailand for the first time. He is an Australian national who recently got into a bar fight and now has a conviction for Grievous Bodily Harm. Will he have problems with entry? Should he take the precaution of getting a visa?
