If you think Hua Hin doesn't have a "seedy go go whorebar" scene you're walking around with your eyes closed!
Really?
Prove it!
Where IS this so called a-go-go bar?

She should have her car confiscated for it to be auctioned off to pay for the towing, police & court costs... Let alone the amount of police time wasted at the roadside because she thinks she's some kind of HiSo!
How many drugs slipped through the checkpoint while they were trying to deal with her?
What does community service "twice" actually mean?

We keep making videos and posting it on such FB & YouTube groups as Youlike
A number of corrupt police have been busted, careless speeding minibus drivers, road ragers... They all get exposed on Youlike and it's sister pages/groups

The old women go so they can dip into the temple collection & for the "all you can bag" free food!
Have you seen them in their element at a funeral?

By all means you can have the village wedding because you're legally separated from your wife.
But it won't be documented,,,
As lopburi3 said, you need a document "affirmation of freedom" translated into Thai after it's been stamped by your Consulate.
Your wife's obviously jealous and giving you the run around coz women do that when they've lost out to a far better model...
You didn't purposely post FB pics of you & the hot new bird did you? [emoji13]
I did [emoji2]
Been there done that mistake and paid extra for it! Haha
If you can't contact her after 2 or 3 days, file a missing persons report

Maybe you're in a special part of HH?
Where have you seen this? What area?
Are you sure you really know what busy is?
I drive around town and see restaurants as empty as they've always been and if the hotels are all full everybody must be staying in their room!
Have a look online for the amount of rooms available here...
It's not gonna be long before HH really kicks off and let's pray it won't be following the other places [emoji120][emoji120][emoji120]
Yeah well, people will pave paradise and put up a parking lot... Or a-go-go bar...
One of my Top Ten Hua Hin loves... No seedy gogo whorebars... [emoji106]
It ain't never gonna happen
There's certain things you can and just can't do on the King's doorstep.
The sex industry attracts morons & thugs... Their moronic stupidity gets them so drunk they end up fighting and trashing the place, the more morons hear about it, more will come, until you en up with Phuket, Samui, Pattaya & Bangkok's areas...
Over the years these morons replace the much needed family tourists who have moved on...
I think Hua Hin is pretty safe from all that [emoji106]

Off topic but XBOX or PS?Erm neither, SCCA World Challenge pro series albeit replicas they're quite accurate and representative, go to the link it's a forum, there are plenty of other real pics many of which actually date back to the DOT tire series just a few years ago before slicks.
Your aware forza motorsport 4 is a console game yeah ??
IIRC it only comes on xbox 360..
No, I had no idea ... Are you aware all of those are very realistic reproductions of ACTUAL racing cars & teams that compete and that's why I posted them? WITH a LINK to see more on the site they came from only real ones? They gave the best profile to present the tire/rim sizes, please people try to keep up will you? You're looking really silly thinking I had no clue what I was posting by even commenting .
Yes I'm aware its a consol game, I have a360 & Forza 3, 4, & 5
I thought you were a Forza fan hence the pictures... No worries.

Should've bought a Chevy... LoL... The most hated car in Thailand... So the Thais say...?Sorry to hear about your Ford problems.
After sales service is non existent in Thailand as you must be aware ... you've been here 17 years ..
It sounds like you are doing as much as possible to get this issue resolved. I believe the two coarses you need to push for a proper resolution are the media approach & lawyer letter / discussions with high up Ford management.
Lawyer letter to Ford CEO both in Thailand & cc US.
As much media coverage as you possibly can do to discredit Ford and there operations here. TV, Nation, Bangkok post, Facebook can also work pretty good in cases like this.
I think these are the two areas to focus on most to achieve your goal. Just my opinion ..
good luck ....
you shoulda bought the chevy
He should have bought a Japanese car. Sorry, please take a look around in the States, or somewhere else in Europe.
All this non functioning electronic bs which is mostly made in China, while Japanese cars are using plenty of under pressure tubes to switch a valve, etc... on and off.
Did anybody see mechanics here using an ordinary compression tester, if there's a major problem with the engine?
Just wondering how they service a Lamborghini here.
It sounds like a vacuum switching system (for the heating and aircon direction) is state of the art?
I had it in an accord in the late 80's, my Toyata has it and so does the Ford I believe...?
It's obvious to anybody that's read all that I've written hat the problem has been solved and it just turned out to be a faulty part due to manufacture...
I've had 5 Fords previously and "from my experience" they're a very reliable car... I just don't think Thailand will be able to match my track record...

I loved my BM back in the day... But the cost of parts still took a lot of the fun out of it, even at mates rates down at the specialist where he worked!
I'm showing my age here now but who remembers distributors?
£18 for a 4 way distributor cap in 1980!
I was only earning £20 a day on a building site at the time!

Well I can't argue with that can I then
Are you saying you got a hard copy English manual with yours?I think the problem may be that the manual you are reading is for an American Focus.
My manual is, as far as I know, for a Thai car. There is no mention of the doors automatically locking when you drive off.
Yes - I've got a hard copy in English. Strangely, the quality of it is very poor. If I read it regularly it would fall apart very quickly. I got it from the dealer when I bought the car new, although I had to wait a few weeks for it.
The "Locks" section is quite detailed. It covers the feature that you say your wife likes. But it does not mention Autolock. It is obviously not a feature of the Thai car.
But I will be down Ford tomorrow asking Khun Fon why she lied and said there's no English manual ! Because it's to easy to lie...
So you say it's pretty clear that the autolock isn't on this car...?
I'm determined to get this simple feature enabled... If the car doesn't have it now, I've been told it can be programmed by any Ford mechanic (I think they call them fitters these days).
It CAN be done to ANY Ford in the world no matter where it's built.... Apparently...
Someone always knows someone and a mate of my sister works at Ford and she said definitely...
I'm gonna get this sorted

I think it's weird that one half of this programming sequence works and the other one doesn't...
Macahoom, in case you didn't know...
There's another thing you can do to only open the driver's door with one unlock press and then all doors with a second unlock press... The wife likes that one [emoji106]
Yes, the Ford central locking is great for the female driver and safety. My Ecosport has I think the same system, which auto locks as you get to some low speed. I'm not sure how to throttle it off and on, better drop into the dealer and ask them. The electronics on these new Fords are pretty advanced, and honestly a bit of a pain to get used to, but once you do, many other cars electronics feel antiquated.
That double click unlock takes some getting used to, but again, is a safety feature, makes it impossible for a bad guy or car jacker to slip into the seat next to her.
ecosport looks like a minivan type vehicle for moving kids? so the locks only work at low speed, what prevents accidently opening a high speed? As for the need for autolocking for bad guys, surely pushing a button to lock all doors without the aid of a computer is not too much to ask for the avg lady driver concerned about her safety?
No, they auto engage, locking the doors at low speed, and stay locked until the driver either opens the door or double pushes the unlock button for passengers or rear door. This means it's also locked at high speeds. As far as bad guys, asking the average lady driver to do anything proactive is problematic, so automatic features are very welcome.
Minivan? I thought you said last year it looked like a shopping cart on wheels that couldn't win a race with a tuk tuk. Make up your mind.
wow am impressed with your memory - did I really call it that? If so, I was in better form than today I guess . The point I was getting at was locked doors so kids can open them up while driving

not sure if the same as your car but maybe
Nowhere near the same mate... It's one single central door lock button below the radio...
Cheers [emoji106]

I've been comparing your American manual with the manual I received with my Thai car.
There are significant differences. For example: My manual doesn't mention "Ambient Lighting" in a choice of colours. Mine is red only.
And, as I said above, there is no mention of Autolock in my manual. It looks like the Thai cars don't have this feature.
My car is an "S", by the way.
Excellent, some else on here with the same car.
My wife's is the S too; Well... The Sport+ to be anal about it... Maybe that's something else you know about?
Do they actually sell the Sport here or the Sport+ only?
It's not on the price list but is in the brochure..
I'll ask her and go through the manual with her again, but (I'm sure) she said it says "automatic lock" & "automatic unlock"... "Same your car darling"
I'd better triple check with her... Women & cars n that...
We can't change the ambient lighting colour either... I forgot about that one... Hers is Orange though.
The Active City Stop doesn't work on her car and isn't in the US manual either?
Not that I'd want it on anyway but it doesn't cut the engine when stopped at lights etc. (It is activated in the driver assist settings)

Yes Dondid you perform the sequence in 30 seconds or less ?

From personal experience don't get a fiesta, the focus is a nice drive and handles wellon the subject of used car cost, I agree on older cars they seem to hold value extremely well. But there some value in the nearly new with good discount on new.
But tempted by the 0% on the new Fords at the minute!
The gearbox is the biggest issue, it's pants mate.
If you go to the thread on the Motor forum called "my 11 month old Wildtrack..." There's a few explanations on the last page.

If you mean kick boxer? No.Porkster. Are you a Boxer?
Did a bit of ABA when I was young and that's it boxing wise... Why do you ask?

The PDF English manual I'm going by is the US one, as far as I can see (on the car) everything is the same spec except it's a left hand drive of course. This sequence is aimed at a car with keyed ignition, but it's worth a look http://www.focusfanatics.com/howtos/autolock/
The key fobs the manual is referring to on P76 are types 1 & 2, we have type 1.
I've tried doing the program sequence in a different order but I don't know why because enabling auto-unlock worked fine?

What are your plans if you get Cancer?

I'd want to know why the governments are withholding ether research results that proves DCA kills cancer cells... Therefore we have a cure don't we...?
Evil Pharmaceutical companies want people to keep suffering, the money they make off the backs of cancer sufferers alone is phenomenal!
WHY ON EARTH would they want to cure cancer?
DCA = Dichloracetic acid
There's some interesting YouTube videos on DCA...
