Just back from jomtien immigration after registering my house online with TM30io they made me register a tm 30 with them again before I could extend my visa and threatened me with a fine if I not register with them next day after a border bounce . So it seems theTM30 io website is not part of immigration

Hi,purchased a Proton Persona 2011 factory fitted cng at auction 5 years ago and its been trouble free cheap motoring so far.Because its dual fuel I get a yearly inspection done on the gas installation when I pay road tax each year at a cost of 500 bht. ,This year it will be 10 years old I know lpg tanks have to be replaced evey 10 years as I also have a LPG car Anybody know whats the script with CNG/NVG tanks they are similar to a diving cylinder that has to be hydraulicly tested every few years .I have looked on google and cant find any info on the regulations in thailand in english.

My house has a marley type tile roof and is suffering from 2 water leaks that appear to be coming in at the apex of the roof ( been up in the loft when it was raining and spotted where it was dripping) The inside of roof has been sprayed with foam by the previous owner can anyone reccomend anyone to fix? as opposed to me taking pot luck getting someone to repair,need to get it sorted before the rains come .
