  1. I doubt anyone would disagree with your comment however your reasoning looks past the fact that all pitbulls need to be banned and neutered so they eventually die out. This dog will attack again. Next time it might be someone's child! Some years back the monkhood asked that the populace stop dropping litters off at the temple. My partners cousin , alone, had left approx. 10+ in the last 18 months. and does so every year on a regular basis. The show of dogs running around the temple is just a front, if all the dogs dropped at the temple were kept there would be thousands upon thousands at every temple. Some people actually realise that, others just ignore the reality of what really happens to these litters.
  2. I'm not an American so can't comment of all of the problems of the Biden presidency. What i do know is that during Trumps spell in office he never failed to be in the news for his ridiculous statements and actions. He was considered by many outlets to be the laughing stock of the world again and again and again. In the UK we also had our fair share of idiots who would campaign, making outrageous statements, offering things that would destroy are economy if put in place but looked great for the populace. Luckily none of these campaigners ever got to be in office Trump just seems to tells people what they want to hear regardless of whether its possible or not and people believe him which is not a good sign for the average intellect of the American people.
  3. Wow I've heard it all now !!!!!! is all i can say
  4. Friend, with 3 young children had an adorable pit bull from birth about 8 years old, was the softest most docile dog you could ever meet, had never said boo to a goose one day when taking the dog for a walk (Their house backed onto a huge riverside park), he suddenly , with no warning, attacked another dog. The attack was so brutal that my friend (a woman), not being able to get him to let go of the other dog, had to run into her house and stab the dog with a pair of scissors to get him to release the other dog. She immediately took the dog to be put down Before then she might of agreed with your statement. she stated 'what if that had been a small child'. One thing is for sure, she would never ever agree with your statement now. Pit bulls are classified a dangerous breed for a reason. All dogs here grow up in a pack mentality and people hitting them with sticks. The need to be dominant and inflict fear makes them just as dangerous as any Pitbull, especially in groups.
  5. This whole debacle has been painful to read. Whilst some of your advice may of been ok some of it was not and created a situation much worse. 1 - You have no dash cam and left the scene 2 - Trying to blame a motorcycle that was stationary It was hit through lack of judgement (distance) 3 - Now claiming your advice is good and he will lose face with no money ??? If he so choses he can again call the police and force their hand. They will then tell you (not ask) to come to the station to address the situation. That is how things are done here as you should know if you reside here. If you then refuse or not agree to the compensation it will then go through the insurance. Your friends' insurance will increase next year and you will have wasted 2 days filling forms and going to the police station. Whilst the son may of been an as@@@hole, rather than just trying to appease him when you were clearly in the wrong. you came over as domineering and interfering at the time which escalated matters. Maybe you should pay the other 2000 baht which might of been excepted if not for you.
  6. I agree with everything you say. however there was some truth to the posters statement. A friend went to a site and asked for a job "how much are you looking for" , "i could get 2 poles for that" were the answers. Brexit happened purely because of the migration of people from Europe to the UK putting such a burden on the UK from housing ,doctors, schools, you name it the list is endless. English becoming the second language in the primary school where my mother lived It was obviously deemed unsustainable, the government went to the EU and said we need an exemption to the freedom of movement upon which they were told to "get on your bike" it's not happening. A large number of nations agreed with our predicament and the need to address it. It might of been possible had it not been for the relentless refusals and interventions from Macron at the time Leaving the EU was never going to be a good thing, but it did, and possibly the best option in the long run, only time will tell? Options to tackle immigration has been thwarted by members of the opposition, house of lords etc at every turn by either to get one over on the opposing party or naivety from people living in their ivory towers. I don't know the answer but It's going to take something drastic . It's sad but one thing i have noticed is that you only need to take one look at most of the people rioting/protesting and it's not rocket science to see that the majority of them are unemployed dregs of society. Perhaps they all work nights enabling them to go out rioting and protesting during the day.
  7. Not sure if you mean me, as i felt very lucky to of been given the chance to get a full pension after being contracted out. Everyone was made aware in 2013 what was going to happen in 2016 and given their individual figures ( My company via HMRC, not sure about others but i would of thought it mandatory if in a contracted out scheme) What people failed to understand is that when contracted out they were guaranteed to get the same or a better amount , however, that missing proportion would of been entwined within their company/private pension As i have already stated my figures stated i would be 6 years short of a full government pension(From that time with 35/36 years of contributions with 25 years contracted out) but if i continued to work i would receive a full pension after another 6 years (taking me to just age 56), £30 a week better off then my figures under the previous contracted out pension , a win win for everyone who had the time to do the extra years. The reality is the only people that lost out were people who retired way before the 65 year retirement age as they would of had the time to regain the lost years and be better off for it. Not sure about if the people who retired just prior to the new changes, under the old scheme People on the dole also a win win
  8. Young, healthy people have died from buying itraconazole OTC. This is not candy. Intraconazole is widely used all around the world without the need for tests. If you use colchicine for gout it can have a serious impact on your kidneys especially if you are also using gastric drugs like omeprazole(doctors don't tell you that when they prescribe it). There are thousands of drugs that are used, that need to be used sensibly as they will have serious effects on different parts of the body. Obviously there is a risk with all drugs, name one, that no one has died from. I think periodic liver enzyme tests should be carried out if using fluconazole for long periods. People with liver or kidney problems would be advised not to use them but it has been stated that Itraconazole has rarely caused serious liver damage that has been fatal. Home remedies for the majority of people fail to work, a podiatrist can only tell you the possible risks and then say off you go. With all that said I would not hesitate to say you are wrong, a professional can give you a clearer picture and another reason why they possibly use the pulse remedy using itraconazole one week in every month. Bottom line, due diligence is required when contemplating using any drug, how they do that is up to the individual.
  9. In many recent tests Fluconazole has been omitted because Itraconazole and one other type (cant remember which) proved much better in dealing with toe nail fungus. It is mainly used for other types of infection
  10. Intraconazole without a doubt your best bet but works out very expensive. If you go online it will tell you another way to take it other than told by the chemist, If i remember rightly that is to take for 1 week in a month, then repeat for up to 6 months. You need to take it until the whole nail is grown out or it can easily come back so can take up to six months. It will take about 2/3 weeks before you start to see the clean new nail growth. As with all nail fungal there is no guarantee (86% success rate) it will work, due to the so many different types of fungal but is definitely the best out there at the moment according to google. Has worked on myself and a friend. Tablets came at 150bt for 8 or 10 tablets but if i remember correctly had to take 2 per day. Onychomycosis of the toenails 200mg orally(capsules) each day for 12 weeks
  11. I just completed this quiz. My Score 60/100 My Time 185 seconds
  12. Is that 14 years you need? That's about 7 years to break even. Your figures don't make sense? Due to retiring at 50 and being contracted out for 25 years i need 5 more years of contributions (i have 10 years of gaps). My present forecast, if i do nothing, will leave me £30 a week less than the full pension. If i pay the £4125 for the remaining 5 years i will get the full pension which will take approximately 2.5 years to recoup my outlay. My retirement is from age 67 so as long as i live to 70 i will be quid's in. However at this moment i am stuck looking after my mother (full time but it only needs to be 20 hours per week from which i claim carers credit which gives me NI credits). I also claimed a years back dated credits.
  13. You can say what you like about him but he has always stated, more or less, that the RTP is corrupt to the core. We all know there is only one way to get to these high profile positions, of which he is aware but that has never stopped his outspoken remarks about the system and people. Who is to say that getting to the top was not his priority, so that he would be in a position to change the system Maybe something happened in his life that changed his outlook or maybe he just has a death wish. Regardless, the system will never be broken/changed from the bottom so i wish him every luck and we all know that immigration was far better with him at the helm.
  14. My sentiments exactly, the cyclist was way too near the moving traffic with a whole car width to his left. The bus had little room for movement and unlikely to have even realised he hit him. He may of been going past some parked motorcycles but still way too far to the right, the bus does not swerve and if anything the cyclist may of swerved into the bus. Bottom line, if you want to cycle in a major area such as this you/he needs to be far more road wise as he has created the situation himself. If the cyclist had been riding in an appropriate position the moto-taxi guy would not be in a position to undertake him.
  15. That's definitely open to conjecture. Followers of Buddhism don’t acknowledge a supreme god or deity. They instead focus on achieving enlightenment—a state of inner peace and wisdom. When followers reach this spiritual echelon, they’re said to have experienced nirvana. https://www.history.com/topics/religion/buddhism#section_1 But it is also noted on google, Wikipedia, and practically every known search engine as a religion. If you worship something, as they do, then it has to be seen as a religion Only some scholars deny that fact My G,F some days, says she will go to up there, as in heaven and the next she will say i don't want to come back as a fly
  16. I wonder how many people have said that over the years. Things can change in an instant. Someone said to me a long time ago "you never know what's round the corner" he has been proven right so many times i have lost count. Easy come easy go.
  17. Correction, 313 were commanded to provide very large brown envelopes so no further investigation would be forth coming
  18. Yes both times from Suvarnabhumi. All i would say though is that it was about 8 or 9 year's ago. Even got a receipt at the time
  19. Don't believe what some people are saying about just getting a stamp in your passport it is a lottery, I have been stopped once on one day overstay and received a 500baht fine. It has happened twice to my friend although one of the occasions was with me and got fined both times. The fine must depend on the mood of the immigration officer. I have noted this before but still the same people state that there will be no fine. Maybe my friend and i just look like fineable people?
  20. I think they only apply to very rich heir’s and the occasional high ranking political candidates. contrary to popular belief the RTP are not part of this exclusive group, although they have been known to think differently, and therefore have had to suffer the consequences
  21. I would class myself as relatively bright, top stream at school, HNC/HND level education. However its all about bums on seats now, as told to me by a lecturer (15 years ago)while some of the people in my classes were as thick as s##t who carried on for a further year and obtained a degree. Some years back my Gf's daughter brought her English homework home which was given to me to do/help with I was shocked, as while i was half sure of the answers i could not be sure and had to go on the internet to make sure i wasn't giving the wrong answers. Even after checking it was still not 100% conclusive. My point is, if you are going to teach English at that kind of level it is no wonder that they all lose interest and leave school without even remembering basic spoken English. The will to learn was lost from the very beginning. Her English teacher was from Nigeria and the one time i met her i found her difficult to understand.
  22. You need to be very careful when making a lawyer or solicitor an executor of your will. when they tried to persuade me to do so under the guise of it would be in my best interests. i asked them what was their cost of which they said 6% That was going to be a minimum of 30k plus what i would inherit when my parents passed just for sending out a few letters and someone spending a few hours checking if you have no tax liabilities. Thousands of people do it every day so it cant be that hard and it is all explained on the gov.uk site. If this was a problem i have no doubt there would be examples of this everywhere . Surprisingly the tax office although a law unto themselves would see that she was a dependant and unless they could see it was a clear attempt to avoid inheritance tax would not be interested From a inheritence tax site Payments that are aimed at helping another person’s living costs can also be exempt from gift tax. The recipient of this type of gift might be an elderly relative or a child who’s under the age of 18. So whoever is the executor would claim that it was support payment for a dependant and therefore does not need to be mentioned as a gift Obviously check for yourself but i think you are worrying over nothing
  23. However, you have ???? It must of been really painful for you to of searched and provided me with that data so as to gain some sense of superiority over me when your statement was questioned. So thank you for that ???? My feeling of empathy for you has increased twice fold
