Another fact you should be aware of is that all beaches in Thailand are public.  When you buy beach front land, you are buying private access to the public beaches.  You are purchasing the view and the convenience of living right on the ocean.  If your land is absolute beach front, your property line is at the water mark at high tide.  If you are lucky enough to have a property where there is limited access to a stretch of beach because of natural obstructions such as a high water line or rocks, then you may have a "private" beach ... unless someone lands a boat there.

What's the limit in years on this? Or just ongoing - how does the appeals court - change his sentence - it doesnt unless they upheld original decision or changed it  

They have all these busses - meant for BK as I understand it but the company cheated on tax imports as not originally stated - was Malaysia but ended up China with just pass through- charge the original company with tax import tax etc and let the buses be used

Surely if you have 800000 baht in a Thai bank account - no matter what exchange rate is you still have 800000  baht left in your Thai bank account -  if am thinking correctly from the posts - each year they convert to account holders currency from  their home country and then convert back to baht - or am I missing something 

What happens if you've paid your National Insurance every year to the UK since you've lived in Thailand and have medical condition (for example batteries replacing in pacemaker)? Are you still refused the operation?
