  1. BBC are reporting the shrine has re-opened already which hardly suggests a painstaking ' fingertip ' search. I can't confirm but other posters are saying the area was hosed down the next day so maybe showing all is well and under control is more important, don't want to lose tourist money.

If subsequent claims of scientific evidence are made where will it have come from ?

Evening news yesterday (18th August) showed the Nation TV's drone shot of the bombing site and fire hoses were spraying water around the shrine and a lot of scrubbing was being done.

  2. Instead of speculating what group this person belongs to, The authorities should give us more information to help apprehend this terrorist. People who have mobile phone videos or still photos taken during the incident should present this to the authorities. Sharper photos could be had. This happened during the Boston bombing. People submitted their mobile phone and videos to the police which helped get a better picture of the person. At the moment, it is pointless to surmise who the person is and what group he belongs to. It will lead you nowhere.

  3. The speed at which they apprehend this SUSPECT will depend on the community's participation. If they have a clear photo of this person captured on their digital CCTV, then it should be published so everyone can help. A hotline must also be published so that people can call in if they spot the SUSPECT. I should not have to say that at present, this person is merely a SUSPECT and not yet conclusively the perpetrator. But there you have it folks. He is a person of interest.
