Need to have front page of passport translated and certified. Read in the past that there is a Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Ubon. I found some archived threads about translating and certifying in Ubon with limited info. Sent pm to 2 members who had commented on those threads but neither have replied in the last month.
Anybody point me in the right direction please, I do not want to risk going to BKK to get it done.

Just give it a bit of a pounding to break up the sinew, put in a plastic container in the fridge overnight. Even better if you can soak it in a bit of wine.

In Isaan, only about once a week. We do get hungry when they don't turn up regularly though.

I use good old Thai beef tenderloin, cut it into pieces and mince it up in 1 kilo batches. Whisk one egg per kilo, mix in and make patties about 150 gram. Wrap individually in cling wrap and leave overnight in fridge. Keep a couple in the fridge and the rest goes in the freezer for ron.

I'm pretty sure ANZ Thailand is for corporate and business accounts only.
Correct again, I tried with them when our embassy moved, said they only do commercial banking.

I would not have mango trees within 50 metres of a house or any other building. Termite company told me that termites love to have their nests under the mango then forage from there.

If you ask him out on a first date, you pay . If you are only hooking up as friends, insist on paying half.

Just the bugs I hear right now, and the sunset is really nice out here.
Totally with you on that. Looks like you had a hell of a wind over the rice, it will be a bitch to harvest

How brilliant- build a hi speed rail that misses all the places north of Bkk that might make it worthwhile. To be viable in Thailand it needs to connect Chiang Mai and main cities southward to Bkk.
Might have something to do with Korat being Cha Cha's home province.

I was very lazy when I made mine. Bought a second hand bath tub, raised it on some bicks in the shade with a bit of incline towards the plug hole. Spread out a section of shade cloth, overlapping all the way around. Lined the bottom with a couple wet hessian bags, a few shovels full of local dirt, some food scraps with blood and bone fertilizer. Kept it moist for week and then added a cup of worms. Added food scraps daily and very soon had worm pee running out of the plug hole into a tray. They multiplied rapidly, within a month I was turning the waste by pulling the shade cloth over to one end. Worms will always be in the top portion, as you turn, all the good stuff will be on top, just take what you need and level out again. Pull the shade cloth over from the other end next time. Add any sort of vegetables and fruits except for citrus and onions, keep the bed moist and you will have a continuous liquid fertilizer.

Probably snakeheads aka pla chon, they tend to walkabout at night in the rain looking for new ponds. If you can nab a few you can sell for about 60 baht a kilo, bony but tasty.

Save the hassle, pay a local 150 to 200 baht to do it for you. No outlay, no maintenance and you help a local family.

Or maybe their Premium is not as good as Shell V.
I was always a PTT user as there were no shell outlets around my area. Late last year I was travelling and was near empty, came across a shell and filled up. I was amazed at the difference in power, bit sceptical still. Next time near empty filled at PTT for comparison, noticed the difference fairly soon, now only use shell.

One full set l/h golf clubs, top quality bag and covers for all clubs. Trident graphite shafts, half chord grips, firm shafts. Will include golf umbrella and full bag of practise balls. I am just outside Ubon Ratchatani and not able to walk anymore, gear is just gathering dust so somebody could make use of them. Price is 7000 baht, I could deliver in the Ubon area.

I don't think they have actually moved, my guess would be they have split off the visa and translation services from the language school. Will ask them when I can get to the city.
