Once again TV sleuths everywhere.
Read the article, it appears he was not "Undertaking" he had moved from the left lane into the right lane" (the oncoming lane) and hadn't noticed the motorbike coming towards him.
You want a diagram? Sheesh
R.I.P. to the deceased. -
Well done.
A little surprising though as Thai SEAL training is also considered extreme and quite a few americans haven't got through it -

So, in an effort to big note herself, she has had her minions post FAKE NEWS, via computer no less. Any chance of her being charged with publishing fake news and computer crimes?

First time I ever heard a new term for me was an American guy and we were about to drive into town.
He asked if I wanted a "Road Coke". (Bottle of booze for the trip).
In Oz we call that a "Traveller"
In West Oz we call it a "roadie"

In Oz they have the 2 classes of motorbike licenses. You must ride a lower powered bike for one year before doing the test on a high powered bike. Personally I think it's a good thing as the last thing you want is a novice jumping on a high powered bike with absolutely no experience, especially a high power road bike Vs say a High powered road bike where the difference in handling characteristics can throw even an experienced rider, unfamiliar with the bike and its handling on the dirt.
Having been dumped on my butt when changing from my own bike (1200 cruiser) to a mate's Ninja 600 I am speaking from a gravel rash and expensive, luckily not fatal experience.

Carpenter Bee, females can sting but they are very docile.
They'll buzz around you and then just fly off. As other's have mentioned, please don't destroy them, there's enough damage from pesticides and habitat loss- 2

Never ceases to disgust me how even a positive post can be used to denigrate Thailand and Thais. Why do yo stay here if you hate Thais and Thailand so much?

Picked up my son from school this afternoon. While waiting outside his classroom, I observed that 50% of his classmates were either wearing their masks at half mast or not at all. Worse the teacher and teacher's assistant weren't wearing them at all.
Was going to report it to the director but thought better of it. Don't want to make my boy a target for a vindictive teacher.
As I left I noticed most of the other teachers were equally complacent. -
Looks more like a pilot whale . At that size it would be a very young / newborn sperm whale. Sad to see nonetheless

These "foreigners who are still stranded in Thailand" are milking the system and not meeting the requirements , like ins. and 800k baht in the bank. The real contributors to Thailand are the stead fast retirees. When will the Thai gov't understand that? I guess when we leave.
With no due respect, I think the BS is in your statement "The real contributors to Thailand are the stead fast retirees."
Retirees are not the only real contributors. Many like myself, are not of retirement age, yet we are married and have a Thai wife and kids whom we support through our income from working.
Building a house, buying a car etc. contributes to the economy and to the livelihoods of THAI people. Just because you've reached the point where you're old enough to retire and have decided to make your home here, doesn't make you special.- 18

Sorry i have another couple of questions. Just found out my wife has lost her passport. Can Thais still border jump using only their ID card as in the past?
And with the multi entry, do you mean I can extend each 90 day stay by another 60 effectively giving 15 months on that visa lopburi3? Sorry, I'm a bit thick. -
Thanks to ubonjoe and lopburi3 for your quick response and information. Much appreciated and apologies for my slow reply.

Hi all
I'm looking for the latest reliable information please.
I've just ended my contract with my school and therefore, my Non B and work permit will be cancelled in the next few days.
I'm heading to Savannakhet to get a new visa which will eventually be used for working again.
My wife and 6 year old son are both Thai and we have a marriage and birth certificates house book etc.
I've been here full time since 2008 built our house etc.
I know as a supporting spouse parent you can work on a Non O dependent visa.
My questions are: Which is the best / easiest way to go with regards to a visa (Non O or Tourist) which requires the least hassle and no financial requirements?
What are the current requirements for the visa you recommend with regards to paperwork etc.
Which are the best days to attend Savannakhet now that the visa agents go there?
I truly welcome all constructive replies and thank you in advance.

Yes I belive in ghosts and to a certain extent black magic. I was brought up that way and I may add I bring my son up that way as well. I will not sleep in any room unless there is a budda figure in there. I will not travel in any form of transport unless I have my budda with me. We also throw a stone on roof of house every big budda day. Have I seen a ghost I don't know the answer to that who knows a ghost could be anything or anyone. I am thai that is my belief I'm not really bothered if you don't belive.
you live in the 21st century and think like the 1600's passing this nonsense on to your kids makes you a pretty poor parent. No evidence for either , you are totally irrational and seem proud to "pass on" the nonsense, Id actually call it "child abuse"
Attacking someone's beliefs in THEIR culture whilst presumably residing in their country and labeling their beliefs as child abuse...well done indeed..your self description is apt as you yourself say "Pompous ass"

Nice of you to make fun of a young man who is obviously in distress.
Depression can strike at any age, I know.
Hopefully you will never suffer from it, but if you do, remember your own callousness.
