Is HD Prime down for anybody else ?

Well in a way I suppose it is newsworthy , Thai police actually doing what they are paid to do , a rare occurrence....😀

All the docs. he is asked to sign are more than likely in Thai , and maybe he is not signing anything , because he doesn't know what he is signing for.
It is okay some body in the Police station telling you it is for this and that , and just sign here , but for his own reasons he doesn't trust them.

Yes Roojai cheapest but its all great until you need to claim. I think they use preferred garages not main dealers as well. I have always used
I am looking to change from Viriyah , but the new Insurance agent wants to know what % No claims do I have , if any.
I have looked at my Viriyah Insurance doc. from last year and there is sign of the no claims anywhere .
Does it appear on yours or is there somewhere I can find it.
I don't want to ring Viriyah and ask , as I would like it to be on an official doc. from them.

We had an oops, and RooJai was excellent, all around 👍👍
Did an agent sort everything out for you , or did you have to run round getting accident reports etc ?

Ok thanks for replying 👍 I read 1 review said an agent come out in 30 minutes but only 1 review I have seen that . Thank you
I also read on their website that an agent comes to the scene , and I thought it would be he who collected all the docs. etc.
But then I read after what is required by me yo make the claim and it appeared to be quite a list.

Is it cheaper to get your UK pension paid into Wise and transfer to Thailand ,
or having the pension paid into HSBC UK and then using Wise to transfer to Thailand ?

Guys anyone had to make a claim using roojai
I would like to know if they are quick at paying out and ease of .
Thanks in advance
I was thinking about Roojai for my car insurance , but looking at the documents they want to make a claim I think it could be tricky/stressful.
I was with another insurance company , and if there was an accident , an agent was sent out and he took care of everything , no stress.
Maybe that is why Roojai is cheaper ?

A 27-year-old woman driving a sedan encountered a sudden turn by another vehicle, prompting her to swerve and collide with a barrier,
Driving to close to the vehicle in front does not give you time to respond to the actions of the said vehicle , also , using your phone while driving will end with the same result......

Tracking my delivery today by Kerry , " Courier has contacted the recipient 14:30hrs , not home , rescheduled "
Called the wife up and asked her if Kerry had called her ?
No , nobody had called since 12:00hrs and that was me.
Went outside 5 mins ago (15:30hrs ) and Kerry rolls into the village , the wife jumps on her bike , catches him and asks him about the call earlier ,
he says he has not called her today and never calls till he gets near the house.
Hands the package over , problem solved.

My sympathy is with the drivers of the vehicles he damaged.

Initial investigations revealed that both victims were Myanmar nationals, suggesting that unfamiliarity with the treacherous stretch of road may have contributed to the accident. The motorcycle appeared to have failed to negotiate a bend, causing the rider to lose control and both to fall by the wayside
Doesn't matter what nationality you are , if you are unfamiliar with the road , then drive/ride slower . I don't think it was the motor cycle failing to negotiate the bend , I think it would be the rider that failed to negotiate the bend and losing control of the motor cycle.

I've used that number a few times, but not since the end of July last year. I don't think it took too long to get through, but it's a while ago so I may be wrong.

Apology given etc. got everything sorted just about and also received an e mail apologising for the inconvenience etc.

And you will be expected to give a little money to the motorcycle rider so that he may have any injuries checked.

Why should the one with the best insurance pay if he is not at fault ?
I pay my insurance to cover me if I cause an accident , not to pay somebody off if it is their fault.
Car Dash Cams, any recommendations?

Bad experience today .
Thought I would pull into a auto electrical shop in Kanchanaburi to get a front and rear dash cam. All boxes priced and no known brand name.
Eventually settled on one , shop wii fit it for free , come back in an hour.
On return everything looked good , hard wired to ignition , connect to phone no problem.
The journey home . which is 55 klms from Kanchanaburi was uneventful until 10 klms from home.
The camera kept turning off and restarting again , it was on a continuous cycle.
Wifey phoned up the shop , disconnect/reboot etc. still the same.
Returned to shop , verdict camera was to hot due to the constant sunshine , but this is Thailand it will always be hot.
After another hour of messing about and not looking like they were going to remedy the situation we called it a day.
Told them to take it all out and return the money , and with reluctance that is what they did .
