British Ambassador in Thailand - Why don't you personally intercede in order to assist British Citizens in Thailand to get vaccines. You are a public servant, employed to represent the British Public in your overseas posting, so listen to what the British citizens abroad are requesting from the British Government's representative in Thailand (you). Please act on the British constituants behalf before these citizens start getting Covid unecessarily due to vaccination appointment delays. I am sure that most citizens would willingly pay for the service, they don't necessarily want handouts from the government, they just want their Embassy's support to accelerate safe vaccination.
Yeah....Instead of taking it the Jaxy!

Concerned doctors who monitored undesirable symptoms after vaccinations would consider the autopsy result with other pieces of evidence before concluding if the death was related to the COVID-19

Good luck to all who managed to "Fall for This Scam"!.......Er.....Er.... I mean being "Switched on and Ahead of the Pack" in securing your Moderna Jabs on a Shopee Promotional Website!
I always buy my meds from India at a "FRACTION" of the price they would cost anywhere else and they "Assure Me" they are "Genuine Replica Generic Copies!"
Why waste money?...Just like I bought a Real Rolex from a guy in a backstreet market in Bangkok!.....When I asked why they were so cheap he explained that he doesn't carry the "Overheads" like they do in the posh shops and malls!
I am also thinking of buying a 2nd Hand Parachute online!....But, you can't be too careful so I managed to track the seller down and asked if he had any references?.... He said, "Well not to hand, but I haven't had anyone come back to complain!"
That's good enough for me, but to be on the safe side I am paying by credit card in case there are any problems!....You can't be too careful!

Only 1 AZ jab when 'foreign' tourists need 2? Wonder how many foreign tourists will realise this before they come and that 1 jab applies- maybe- to the rest of Thailand. And I can't even get 1 jab let alone 2 despite being 75 with prexisting health conditions
Not sure that is correct...I thought the same rules applied to both expats and Thais for domestic tourists?????
Either way I also am still awaiting my first AZ jab which was postponed and I haven't even got a new appointment date.
I am aged 63 and live on Samui so must admit I am not looking forward to tourists arriving anytime soon, which some might under the ""Sealed Route" scheme?
I certainly wont be travelling to Phuket until I have a least had both AZ jabs or a 2nd "Alternative" jab so probably 2022 at the earliest!

Not sure why this is even newsworthy in Thailand.
As Tom Jones might say, "It's not unusual"!

I was happy. My girlfriend and me were dating for over a year, and so we decided to get married. My friends encouraged me and my girlfriend?........ She was a dream!
There was only one thing that bothering me, quite a lot indeed, and that was my mother-in-law to be. She was a career woman, smart, but most of all beautiful and sexy, who sometimes flirted with me, quite obviously too, and made me feel uncomfortable.
One day, she called me and asked me to come over, to check the invitations. So I went. She was alone, and when I arrived, she whispered to me, that soon I was to be married, and she had feelings and desires for me that she can't overcome.
So before I get married and commit my life to her daughter, she wants to make love to me just once. What could I say? I was in total shock, and couldn't say a word. So, she said, I'll go to the bedroom, and if you are up for it just come and get me. I just watched her delicious behind as she went up the stairs.
I stood there for a moment, and then turned around and went to the front door... I opened it, and stepped out of the house. Her husband was standing outside, and with tears in his eyes, hugged me and said, we are very happy and pleased, you have passed our little test. We couldn't have asked for a better man for our daughter. Welcome to the family.
Lesson learned: Always keep your condoms in your car.

It has just been announced under Article 44 (by a Government spokesman) that the Government (Junta) have decreed that it will be illegal for any politician or individual to give false information regarding Vaccine Dates, Times/Appointments, Locations thereof and misleading website or Vaccine registration Apps until further Notice!
The spokesman went on to say that Vaccines will be free for everyone by June 32nd!
He also said that the time has come to stop Ṭ̄hān h̄ī.....(Pussy Footing) about bars re-opening and suggested that would coincide with the above date!....However, he omitted to say which year!
In addition he went on to say that in a move to improve the situation for Bar Owners, Sex-Pats and "Friendly Ladies" (Bar Girls) in Nana Plaza, Soi Cowboy (Bangkok), Bangla Road (Phuket), Walking Street/Soi Buakao (Pattaya) and other seedy joints around the country, that there would be a Trillion Baht Fund set up.......For which he would have sole responsibility the distribution thereof in the very near future!
This announcement has been welcomed both by Thais and Expats Farangs) alike!

He asked me why I was depressed.
I said, "Because I am always getting ill".
He Said, "I think you are suffering from Hypochondria".
I said, "Oh No! Not that as well?" ????????????

Yes, wait for the SMS for your vaccination appointment, only a passport that is registered by Samui Immigration is needed, and that has been approved now as you are registered in the system (you should bring your passport as ID when going to be vaccinated, if case the SMS is not enough proof).
All registrations by Central – I also registered there – were cancelled. If you follow the pinned thread in the Samui sub-forum, you'll find the latest inputs about vaccinations, including updates about the confusions since registration and change to the Immigration-app, due to folks from other areas tried to register for early vaccination on Samui...????
Many thanks KhunPer.
Great information as always!

Have you registered through the app for the immigrations office, as foreigners are supposed to do now?
-and it actually works. You need to have your passport handy...????
Unfortunately people from the mainland commuted to Samui to register for vaccination, which they were not eligible for, as Samui is vaccination now within a sandbox model, therefore your vaccination was cancelled. You can thank people from the mainland for that...????
Hi Khun Per,
I registered at Central Festival in person.
I also registered online and got this message on Sunday Afternoon.
So I clicked on the link which to me to the App and asked me to enter my passport number which I did.....then I got this message!
Now I am totally confused...I do not have a Tax ID, Social Security No., Pink Card, I am not married, I am on Non (O) retirement Visa Extension...I have never been married or worked in Thailand...I am aged 63.....
Have you any idea please what I should do next????

At the end of the day we all know what this was about.
The neighbours were <deleted> Off because there was a party goin' on and they weren't invited!
Thais tend to talk very loudly at each other (party or not)!
When my GF gets on the phone I admonish her to the next room or even further!
But, I rarely call the cops!
