Does this imply your are Thai national or is that separated?

What airline is it?

Is it really the booking or online check-in (already)?

Some airlines seem to allow to change these parameters by "manage booking" (or how it is called).

Seperated.

Cebu pacific

Booking not check in

Thats the stupid thing, you are asked for nationality on your passport as well as issueing country. And then after the booking is completed they present a text to you where there is info about travel documents etc and it says issuing country has to match your nationality, this should of course be mentioned above or below the box you have to tick. Can imagine half of those who have a passport issued abroad make the wrong choice in the box.

It is not possible to change by yourself online and the hotline is ofcouse swamped. I just got some help though from a friend who has friends working in the specific airline and she assured me this can be changed at check in by the staff. So alls well that ends well. But a horribly stupid booking procedure that I have never encountered before. And google gives you ten different answers in the matter. Need a nap now...

Edit: Should have wrote those who have a passport handed to them abroad, wether or not they are sent by mail to the embassy or printed at the embassy I guess varies. And are they issued at the country of origin or issued where they are reveived haha. At the end of the day this choice seems to be based on semantics rather than something definitive.

Referring to others as fighters doesn't impress anyone but yourself. However it may be liggo at your school. If that's the attitude no wonder people get interrogated. Thai boxing schools are mostly visa machines and it's reported that little practical skills are taught. Maybe your's is different.  Show the IO your Non O retirement visa and be on your way.

Whats your reason for simply making things up? Thai boxing gyms are visa machines? They cant even get u an ed visa. I know ofone in Chiang Mai, but thats an exception. There are litterally hundreds of gyms. And the ones who cater to foreigners also has thai fighters and the money comes from the training fees and also the fight purses from the live in thai fighters. Not from supplying paper work for visas.

3. Kaalle Many, if not most driving schools, offer a choice of vehicles. My girlfriend hated me when I chose that she learned to drive in a manual transmission pick-up.... My choice as I was paying! She passed the test easily come the day, and has gone on to become a reasonably competent driver (after several years of riding motorcycles, on which she was never confident).
I checked two that didn't. But that's good news.
4. Its easy to go from driving a manual to driving an auto.
Going from auto to manual is not so easy.
Dont be overly worried about learning a manual because eventually you dont even think about it. It just becomes reflex.
Anyway good luck.
Yes so thats why im lookin for a school that teaches manual :) Or am I understanding you wrong?

Most countries don't have separate driving licenses for manual vs automatic cars.

Does your country have separate licenses for manual vs automatic?

It does yes, but my thinking was its a good idea to learn how to drive manual, since thats the licence i will be getting. The cars available to me when i have the license are all manual. But maybe learning automatic and then switching to stick is fine? My understanding was its a pretty big difference. Thanks for your reply!

6. Looking for a driving school that offer this. I want to get some driving experience for the purpose of getting a license in my home country, which is a lengthy process so thought u would get a leg up by learning how to handle the car atleast.

7. Im back, with the stamp fortunatly. I also think i can report some definite change in policy at Ranong immigration...

My short visa history consisting of 2 setv and 1 excempt was indeed an issue as the visa company staff had adviced. Luckily i have a 2 week stay in my home country coming up in july and had ticket printed out and upon presenting this and some smooth talk from the driver my second excempt was ok for them. After this i was briefly asked about my activities in Phuket, if I spoke thai, etc. All this in a friendly relaxed manner though I might add, but also the first time for me in 10 years (at land crossing). The guy who stamped my 1 day overstay missed the initial discussion and once he flicked thru my passport he too reacted instantly when he saw the tourist visas and the 6+ months stay, but the other staff told him it was sorted and off i went to boat. So it seems this is the new deal, ticket out is a must for second visa excempt. Driver hinted Satun might be more relaxed but nothing definitive as far as he was concerned.

8. Unless you have a Myanmar visa, you cannot travel onward within Myanmar. For that reason, Thai immigration will not let you leave Thailand unless they are willing to stamp you back in.
Ok, so I will leave the bag then. Can make 7 day extension at local immigration office right? And then have some time to arrange flight to somewhere? Already have 1 day overstay maybe should fly out directly tonight.

9. Yeah it seems so strange. Considering its a crossing used by so many and no reports of any issues. I asked if she has had customers in my situation turned down at border before and she said yes. Her vagueness is even more strange, something is off. Im guessing she is pretending to be knowledgeable.
