Corona Virus Insurance? Asking for insurance that doesn't exist? Medical Certificate? In Australia you can't get tested if you are not showing any signs of the virus. Anyway most airlines will be shutting down for a couple of months and the exchange rate is rubbish.

I travel down the railway road pretty much every day and it never ceases to amaze me the idiotic stunts that people pull to try to save a few seconds. Coming through any of the junctions is highly dangerous and you really have to be super on the ball. Just because you have right of way does not mean some fool will not do exactly what happened here.
Not 1 set of traffic lights or a give way sign or stop sign at any intersection along the rail line so it's buses and cement trucks first followed by speeding pick ups, cars, drunks, lunatics, bikes last unless they're drunk too.

Wow, a German taxi and a laptop? Is that Thai cutting edge technology? It was a smart car until the driver got in.

They can park them next to the Aircraft Carrier that goes nowhere and open a navy amusement park or turn them into hotels with bars and restaurants on the decks.

Nothing new, taxi from Swampy to Jomtien and the driver was in every lane but the one he was supposed to be in, the wife asked if he wanted to stop and I would drive. "No I'm fine". I always try to take the Jomtien Bus but no guarantee the bus driver's not going to nod off.

As far as I'm concerned a service charge is the tip.

Jomtien Beach now has elevated "humps" to indicate pedestrian crossings. They have become a challenge for many motorbike riders to speed up and see if they can "catch some air" off these humps in the road.
Pedestrians ? They are just LOWLIFE's, Untouchables as they are called in India, who can't afford a motorbike or car. They have no "rights" ...... ????
The original Jomtien speed bumps were so high that the buses were getting stuck on them.

Never gonna happen, Thai's don't give a f***. A lot of Thai's don't stop at Railroad Crossings with a train coming so they ain't stopping for a poor old pedestrian. Buses don't stop, bikes don't stop even the RTP ride straight through red lights.

There'll be plenty of water for Song Kran???

But the Russians are coming then the Chinese are coming then the rich Indians are coming then the Chinese are coming again?
Ruthless, aggressive Immigration for coming too many times, less than perfect Police and a sky high Baht are some of the problems.
A lot of coming but no one arrives.

"He'd previously served 14 years for killing 5 people" so just under 3 years for each murder? Why the hell was he not hung or shot for killing 5 people? Only in Thailand.

Remember folks this is a once in a life time opportunity, it doesn't have to be paid for, it is all free. Labour will plant 2 billion trees, everything is free under Labour, you'd be a fool not to vote Labour and they're coming to take me away ha ha hee hee, to the funny farm where life is beautiful all the time...................
Well said. All politicians are liars, they will promise you everything you could ever dream of and once they are elected they fill their pockets with your money and you get nothing. I'd believe the promises of a Soi 6 hooker before a politician.

Ask for a copy of the motorcycle riders license and insurance? No license = no police = nothing happening. Buy the kid a new bicycle?

Reducing staff travel will do nothing, most staff are on standby tickets and occupy an otherwise empty seat. Occupying an otherwise empty seat in First or Business Class only costs a small amount extra for better food and drinks than economy travel. It's the executives confirmed First and Business Class travel on popular routes that are usually full that costs money.

Wow, 14 days overstay!!!! But still can't find Red Bull boy? Keystone Cops alive and well.

I arrived at BKK on Friday from Sydney with a SETV and have a lot of SETV's and Visa Exempts in my passport and was waiting for questions and grilling about "why you come Thailand a lot" but nothing, no return ticket, no Bt20,000 questions, nothing. No biometrics because it wasn't working so just look at the camera wait a couple of minutes and go through. No problem. Good luck

Was it a complex procedure or just really good plaster of Paris?
Steel plate, 7 screws, 1 night in hospital and good looking nurses, unfortunately not 1 of the screws were the ones I was after. Did a very good job.

I broken my leg in Pattaya playing softball and went to Bangkok Hospital Pattaya, I got a quote for the operation when the results of the x-rays came back and negotiated the price down to Bt52,000 and had to pay by credit card before the operation. I would find it hard to believe anyone gets free medical treatment in Thailand.
They did do a great job.
