  1. By the British Government of course.

They have not said he is under suspicion or wanted for questioning.

Therefore it is unlawful to monitor his movements unless he has been declared as a person of interest in a crime

    that falls under UK jurisdiction.

How do you know he is being monitored, or is it a guess?

Not got a fine grasp on British, EU or international law have you.

  2. Exactly. Why would the police brutality & threats stop now when the game has raised it's stakes.

There's a widespread saying amongst thais... 'Foreigner know too much' & they refer to long term ex-pats as 'turtles' or 'tao' sadly enough. Exactly what their perception of the nature of a turtle is escapes me & doesn't really interest me.

Roughly deciphered this means that anybody with a reasonable level of intelligence who has spent enough time in thailand & perhaps learned enough thai to be able to listen to them while they sit next to you & insult you in thai is no longer welcome in the country.

They much prefer stupid foreigners who throw houses, cars & money at them without question then leave quietly when they're told to leave, unless of course they're very poor thais & are happy to feed off your western pension until you die, at which point, if you were stupid enough to marry one of them they have further claims on your estate. There are thai solicitors who specialise in recovery of international estates. I am generalising of course but anybody who believes that thailand's wealth isn't what it is today because of this nationwide scam is a fool.

Every foreigner here knows this tbh & if they refer to you as 'Farang jai dee' or 'Foreigner good heart" than you know for sure that you're one of the stupid ones.

  3. I think some of you are in for a nasty shock regarding Cambodia. The corruption and lack of human rights over there makes Thailand look positively cherubic.

I would suggest that the lack of human rights & the corruption levels are similar but Cambodia doesn't have several million angry, yaba & ice smoking young men desperate for female foreigner's charms & male foreigner's blood.

They might get there once enough tourists have tramped their country & the tourist dollar makes them as rich & as arrogant as the thais though.

  4. A little off topic I know, but I just got to think about it.

Whatever happened to the size 40 footprint, that in the beginning of the "investigation" was considered an important clue?

None of the almost "petite" suspects seem to macth a 40 shoesize!whistling.gif

what has happened to the blonde hair found in hannahs hand? and which one of the suspects dyed his hair from blonde to black? it is all a load of rubbish!!! if I was one of the parents of the deceased I would be arranging my own investigation now!!!!

This is foreign for them..they are very poor. Thank goodness the Myanmar Embassy paid for their visit.

Their lawyers will explain proceedings to them another bonus is that the U.K and Myanmar are on the same page. Unlike the worlds best police force who admitted they get results very quickly none of this forensics, lawyers, fingerprint expert s....t to deal with.

We need a lie detector helicoptered in urgently like yesterday.

  5. Someone asked for Sean... He was posting here until not too long ago: https://soundcloud.com/seanmcanna

The little #@$%% knows something and is a key witness if not accessory to murder or worse. I am dumbfounded that Scotland Yard hasn't caught and interrogated him yet.

Hannah's and David's parents should be all over him... But perhaps that is why this tart has cancelled his soundcloud account. Sean is the key!!!! He was there!!!!!!!

CSI LA finally had a reply from Sean. His story has changed said his wounds were from a motorbike accident. He didn't say it was the AC man..he said should anything happen to him talk to the owner of intouch bar.

He is living with his GF and working in Europe (italy)

That's it from him he's no longer talking or blogging.

He has always said his wounds were from a motorbike accident. As has the girl in the bar who cleaned him up after the accident. The accident happened well before the murders.

  6. Good wine in Italy 3 eur a bottle, poor wine in Thailand 30 eur. Not to mention an Italian or euro bike price.

Europe imports all type of cheap crap from anywhere so i"m not sure which issue do Thailand have.

They want you & the rest of the world to eat more thai rice because he read somewhere that the rice farmer vote in thailand won Thaksin the democratic elections.

You should all drive your cars faster & wear more condoms to boost the world rubber price, switching from catholicism to buddhism to increase condom use, hiv prevalency & appreciation of thai society is on the agenda I think.

It's just a shame that rubber bullets weren't the army's preferred method of crowd murder control in BKK.

  7. http://www.reuters.com/article/2014/10/15/us-thailand-politics-idUSKCN0I40YJ20141015

"One group said it planned to stage an "Anti-Prayuth Eventlb_icon1.png" in Milan to denounce the junta.

"Besides insulting the long struggle of Thai people for representative, democratic governance, Prayuth's criminal regime represents a threat to the development of civil society throughout Southeast Asia," the group said in a facebook post."

""People have the right to express their views but they should not go against law and order in the host country," he said."

dont worry Prayuth there is no martial law in italy

Is it just me or is the chosen photo in the Reuters article a hint at a certain well known German dictator?

  8. Nice try, but what about justice for Hannah and David. Stop trying to deflect from one of the most hideous and offensive coverups in human history. We will never forget and we will never let you forget.

Agreed. It's a good thing that as Buddhists, they believe in karma.

There's a problem with the concocted perception of karma in thailand which is shared neither by true buddhism nor it's root, the Hindu faith.

The belief that they can cook a pig's face & 100 eggs, deliver it to their favorite shrine & all their wrongdoings will be forgiven or 'balanced' giving them carte blanche to act as they please then do some cooking afterwards. There'll always be 'next life' to make amends too as long as they're not demoted to become a street dog, or a maggot.

Delusional religious fanaticism tbqh but hey... There are still hill tribes in the north & ghost spirits in the trees so what do we really expect.
