The most sought-after choice is, obviously, 13 – in reference to the number of people – 12 children and coach – trapped inside the cave.
A seller in Chiang Mai who identified herself as Sainathee said other numbers are also proving popular, including 38 (the age of ex-navy diver Saman Gunan who died in the rescue) and 23 (the date when the boys first entered the cave).
I covered up the Thai writing, but the report is accurate 13 - 23 and 38 are the most popular choices for Sunday's Lottery.

“Of all the post-coup administrations in the past, did they work like mine? My government keeps developing. Foreign countries praise us. No other developing countries have been able to achieve what we have done. This is what I want, for you to share this pride with me,” the PM told his visitors.- 4

Not anesthetized but given a mild tranquilizer - but remember the source of this info. We may get something more accurate from the hospital or the Governor later.
QuoteRescue operation director Narongsak Osottanakorn said the rest of the Wild Boar football team would be brought out today, along with a medic and three navy SEALs who were keeping them company.
The same source confirmed rumors that the children have been medically sedated, and reviving them fully is why it takes time for them to emerge from the cave entrance.
Junta chairman Prayuth Chan-ocha said the children were given anti-anxiety medication to calm their nerves.

Matichon online. First video of the rescue. Posted at 10.16pm. It's in Thai so can't post the link. I'll post it seperately.

QuoteWhat we know so far
- Four of the boys have been rescued from the cave in Chiang Rai province, with nine people still trapped underground
- All four boys safely reached a hospital in Chiang Rai, the nearest major city
- The operation is slated to resume at around 8am local time with officials and volunteers buoyed by the success of their chosen method insofar
- The remaining eight boys and their coach remain at the original location underground near to Pattaya beach
- The divers turned and hugged the boys, who wore full-face scuba masks, after completing the 3.2km journey through the muddy, jagged cave
- Rain on Saturday evening and throughout Sunday was thought to be the catalyst for the rescue operation but appears not to have significantly slowed its progress
- The operation proceeded much faster than expected due to the walkable water level in the cave after it was launched at 10am local time on Sunday
- 13 foreign divers and five Thai navy SEALs made up the rescue team and were among a team of 90 divers involved in the rescue effort overall

I know this probably isn't the time and the place, but 2 weeks ago when I saw the headline '12 boys trapped in a cave with their coach' I thought coach meant a bus. That they'd driven their bus into the cave and got trapped somehow. It took me a while to work out the coach part.
Just saying.

From what I can gather from various sources the other 9 boys will be rescued within 10 hours.
Oops.
Thanks for Sheryls post above. My post is lost in translation.

He's done very well, leave him alone. His skills as a politician have improved, he must be getting help from his actor and actress chums. He'll make a great elected Prime Minister one day. Ow, bless him, our beloved leader, shame there wasn't a baby to kiss. We love you Big P. It's been a great 4 years in Camp Thailand. Mission complete, time to join the privy council, keep a grip on the reigns of power.
Attention!
