Britain giving hundreds of air defence missiles to Ukraine Defence Secretary Grant Shapps has announced that hundreds of British-made air defence missiles are being shipped to Ukraine to protect civilians and infrastructure from drones and bombing. It is understood that the package of around 200 air defence missiles will re-supply UK-developed air defence systems provided to Ukraine in late 2022, topping up Ukraine’s crucial air defence capabilities.
