Would think so, chiang mai uni have a dept where they translate documents to English and officially stamp them. Had my marriage cert and yellow book translated there, when my wife first travelled to UK.
My daughter's business partner's father is a lawyer, he says you can register a will at local Amphur, need a witness to counter sign, and it's free to do.
Anyone else used this method?
