Thanks lot My understanding is if I do one year extension for retirement while living already in Thailand is considered Non O and doesn't require obligation to have health insurance. Is it bright? Thanks for your help -

I just renewed my visa. My 90 days reporting is in 3 days. Do I need to go report or not, since I have new visa. Thank you

I am not planning to use agents. I never did in a decade. I can do it myself once I know well the process. I will be in real retirement, plenty of time in my hands ????. -

Thanks. It sounds logical and rational. I have never used agents here. I always do everything y myself after knowing the process. I was in non O before and did it by myself. It was very easy. Thank you buddy. -
Hi everyone. Hope you are doing well. I have been under visa for work with work permit for few years now I started contemplating to seek "retirement visa" or what is commonly called non O. Is the following statement correct ? You are excused from 90-day reporting as a foreign national living in the country if you leave Thailand during the specific 90-day period before the due date is up. In such cases, the moment you re-enter the country on the same visa, the 90-day count restarts.

I am trying to download the section 38 app for filling tm 30 and it doesn't show in app store for Android. Same problem finding an official link to register and fill TM 30 form online. Can someone help if you know. Thank you
