have a look at the classifieds as i am selling my condo in Bangkok with tenant and return is 6% normally its over 9% but i lowered the rent. I keep telling people that its better to get 6% than next to nothing in the banks or bonds. Thailand baht as proved is very strong and it will continue to get better with China as its major buyer and investor. I am off loading this condo that I have had for 6
