I would never open a restaurant to make profit, I would do it only to cove expenses and have my own place to eat with friends.

Any business that is "seen" and can be found in Thailand is a problem, anything online can make a lot more money and has no risk to be caught or even pay tax...

So, yes, open a restaurant but forget your quiet life and profits...

You will need to buy land in thong nai pan or the east coast side of the island had yao East ect. Good luck buying beach land in these areas unless your very wealthy..

Ask them to put it on the Bus. That usually has no problems. They tell which Bus etc and you go get it from the Bus station.

We called Chan Tours which is a bus company that comes to our city and they told us no liquids are allowed at all for shipping.

While writing this I had the thought of just buying a Seat on the bus and having the box placed on it so nothing could easily damage it.

The Missus seems inclined to go along with their rules but I'll try to get her to make the proposal to the company in Bangkok.

Questionreplies, I thought about your post as well, but the Missus says if anything should cause an issue, the bus company would go after the person or company that posted the shipment.

7/11 is run on a basis of population for the first store and then after the first store hits a quota or sales goal it is possible for anyone else to open another store in your area.
