I've been looking at condos to rent in both buildings.. Floral and Rim Ping... I've only seen rooms in floral so far. 25k for about 100 Sq meters with a fantastic view on floor 15 is good value in my mind. Compared to 20/25k per month for a 45 Sq m condo in Peak or Astra 555 The condo rentals were managed by the condo management... Rent is non negotiable. I can swap furniture from their stock. Interesting setup Any comments.. Pros and cons? Cheers

I've been riding a scooter in Thailand for about 7 years... never in Pattaya and certainly not in Bangkok... Can any of you compare riding in Pattaya/Jomtirn (where I'm moving to) to riding a scooter in Hua Hin? Things appear more hectic in Pattaya... are they? Faster too?

Well sure. I'll be riding for days! From Bang Suray up to Bang Lamung. Plus.. Not so easy to tell the age. I'm surprised such a list doesn't exist from a realtor et al.. No?
