No.If you miss the right terminal there is a shuttle service from old terminal to the new one.Once you get inside the old one there is some staffs that will indicate you the way.

Terminal 2,the new one,is for international flights.When you go there there are 4 doors:1 to 2 on the right,2 to 4 on the left.My friend arrived at door 3.You cannot get inside,have to wait outside.Parking is the same as before and the entrance is at the ground floor.

This is my friend flight this morning.Where he will land?Terminal 2 is the new terminal?Can they allow private car to get inside and wait as do in the old terminal?

I know that can be a silly question,but are thai nationalities doing there?

This visa run owners they just dont do nothing:they just ask you more money to pay someone to let solve your problem without much question:if you are entitle or u no have any visa issues is not fair to use those services.Days ago i wrote about the story of a french guy that,even after 20th March,he was on 2 years overstay(if i remember correct)and using a visa service he clear his overstay,get just 80 days on his passaport as days of overstay,pay the fine of 20.000 bht and the tip(a huge tip)to the immigration officer.

This guy,friend of mine, has a 40.000 bht monthly income,but for some previous problems last two months he has to use his salary to repay someone.Now his fiancee'(not wife)claim to report him to police for be sure to get money every month.

Without be married but having a child with Thai female,can she report to police the father(or which authorities concer this)to obtain monthly money for send to the kid?

Rastaputin,if you are not illegal i dont know what you scared about.At the airport,normally,domestic flight dont check ur passport.Suggest to use nok air.

DL has passport number and,even check in with it,they should report to immigration.

I posted my personal experience and i was fined by immigration officers as we don't report guests in our 3 star hotels.Now,every time someone will check we will report to the immigration by sending an email,even if they show passport or Thai driving license.Some hotel dont report check in to immigration,but simple to the local police station as well sending an email:i dont know if after they will report to the immigration by themself.In my opinion you can take the suggestion of Evilbaz and look for a small guesthouse.

Are you absolutely certain that they have imposed the ban and that you are not mistaking the overstay stamp for the ban? is there a stamp in your passport that clearly (in English or Thai) that states this? As it seems that many have been able to leave without the ban being actually implemented. Perhaps you should make absolutely certain on this point first, if you are still unsure Thaivisa service can check (for I believe a modest fee) whether you are on the blacklist or not...might be easier/cheaper to try this route before any other. If you are banned, then I am sorry to hear that and hope that you can solve the problem, legally as the consequences of getting caught re-entering knowing you were banned might not be good at all!.

No need to pay anything:on the passport you should have your overstay stamp with the amount you paied. If you are blacklisted,immigration should issue a paper separetly. Follow this and you will know easily if you are blacklisted or not.

On my experience i think is not possible.In their database they have your photo,name,surname and date of birthday.

I mean have to move there for few weeks for business purpouse.Whick kind of place is Bang Tao?Suggested accomodation,nightlife,place of interests?

Over stay anywhere in this world, you will either be fined, and or banned for a few years.... Whats so hard to understand that ? We all know the rules.. My mate was banned three years in Australia, for a few month overstay, left a child and gf behind...

Since the new rules started I have seen no reports of anybody being banned yet when leaving from an airport. You will have to pay a 20,000 baht overstay fine.

They don't have to tell you that you are black listed when you leave. I've heard of people not knowing they are black listed until they come back. And I don't know if there is a way to find out if you are black listed.

I think if you are banned and or blacklisted they will issue a paper where this is stated plus the stamp in passport.If i remember a tv member posted the photos of this paper

sounds a bit strange, to say the least. 3 months wait for replacement of a lost passport? Sure you can get an emergency lese passe to be able to fly back home.

This is Thailand:French guys,named Jean-Pierre,just clear his 2 years and 2 months overstay with the help of an agency:75.000 baht+20.000 for the overstay fine.You can buy even your freedom in this country.
