When I use the Chrome browser, the AAA website show an online application option, but after I fill in my details, the page just hangs when it's time to show the shipping options for the permit. And when I try two other browsers, for some reason the (same?) website does not show an online application option. Has anyone else experienced this?

I understand that the first notification is to be done in person. I plan to be upcountry at that time and just wondering if there is any alternative to having to come back to Bangkok to do it.

Does anyone here use this and know where I can buy in Bangkok? Need English capability. Would like to use mainly for calling up news and podcasts, music.

I did do the notification online last week and it was rejected saying that I had left the country. So now I know I should do it only after returning to Thailand. And I do at CW by 90 days from the day I re-enter, starting 15 days before the due date, correct? And I gather that CW does not require a new TM30 if returning to same address? Thank you.

The due date of my next notification is Sept. 23, so I am now within the window to do it online. However, I am now overseas and returning to Thailand Sept 13. I understand that you need to do notification in person at CW the first time after returning from overseas. Should I do it online now? If so, would next time be 90 days from now, or 90 days from when I re-enter Sept. 13? Or should I wait and do it at CW before (or during 7-day grace period after) Sept. 23? If so, would next be 90 days from Sept. 13 or from the date I do it at CW? Thank you for your advice.
