I managed to get through to their Bangkok office who put me through to their call centre which seems to be in the Philippines 🇵🇭 Great service ,good english , There was a fee of $175 to change however but he said it's normally over $300 but my flight had a different code ,whatever that means. I was just speaking to a Thai guy I have known for years He told me he had turned up 2 days in a row for his ID card and still hasn't got it yet !! He was there 430am !! He has to leave by 10am to start work so both days didn't get it He has to go back Monday . Seems a lot of hassle
