Started off this morning went into small medical doctors centre in jomtien. On entering I noticed a old guy around 80 (Lou) from the UK accent talking loudly with a lollipop .Also sitting nearby was a European middle-aged guy who was listening to attentvelly to Lou the lollipop man. And sitting on the other couch ignoring Lou was a older farang and I presume his boyfriend. Well I sat there waiting my turn,and I'm sure you all have bumped into a " Lou the lollipop' So Lou started telling the other guy and me, actually anyone that would listen about how he has lived in Jomtien 20 years ! 20 years & he knows everything about Thailand! And in fact people come to him to get answers! Well still sucking on his lollipop ,UK Lou stopped talking just for a brief moment as the gay couple was called into the doctor. As the door closed, old Lou went in his verbal rampage , " Bloody louts ! Bloody louts ! He shouts to all of us looking at the gay couple gone into the room. I had to laugh because how was there a correlation between "louts" & the middle-aged gay couple ?? But old Lou wanted to take charge as the gentleman opposite him obviously dominated by Old Lou nodded his head continuakky in agreement as Old Lou continued his verbal rampage of every minority even Mexicans ! Lou kept talking then glancing at me obviously trying to get me to agree with him," they have changed England you know,I wouldn't go back there now , wouldn't recognise the place ! They are all on welfare ! Now I wasn't sure if Old Lou was talking about the gay people or the immigration? But he was a bald old man with glasses in his 80's sucking on a lollipop! He kept talking & talking glancing in my direction every now and again as I kept looking at my phone. " They were trying to force my great grand kiddies into this gay education! He says ,head bobbing up & down in anger as he sucked on his lollipop. The other patient opposite still shaking his head in agreement at Old Lou He then looked at me, trying to get a reaction . " And where are you from old timer" ? he asks From Australia I said looking old Lou straight in the eyes to see Old Lou had been a dominant bossy old b in his time . " I bet you are getting all the refugees & P...fs (gay people) there too ,starting all this gay education in schools ! For some reason,I don't know why but I just looked at Old Lou and I don't know why and that song came to my head but in different words ! " Old old lollipop..doh...doh ..doh...old old lollipop .... Then old Lou's name was called and he looked at me completely like I was insane,like a blank expression,confused type and I continued to sing ,"old old lollipop, dooo dooo..." How many Old Lou's s are out there ! Racist homophobic,isn't it time to accept people , especially gay people ,so what if someone is different to you ? If your over 60 surely it's time to accept people instead of judgement?

Anyone know where I can get a lot of laundry done in the jomtien area cheaply

I'm particularly interested in single older males who live below 50k a month or say yearly 600k. That's what the Australian government pension is give or take Now I'm in Pattaya now , I worked out I need at least 80k a month Groceries are expensive here, going to bars drinking, massage everyday etc , impossible to live on a government pension!! Now doesn't matter if your in Pattaya, Udon Thani, CM, Angeles city , I just want to know do you rarely exceed 50k Thai baht per month ? Is it possible? What's your lifestyle like? Where do you live? How do you budget , obviously no going to go Go bars everyday,but as a expat do you really that way inclined to go to go go bars ?

So yesterday afternoon in the hotel I'm staying at here in Thailand, I walked down to the pool area to sit in the shade on a banana bed. On arriving I saw a family of a couple and their children, a couple ,husband maybe in his 40's and their I presume 4 children, 2 boys around 10yo & 2 girls a little bit older, seemed to be from the UK,heavily tattoed I noticed So on arriving I just caught the tail end of a conversation the British man was having with a younger farang man who were sitting nearby. This is what I heard " no mate , we can't have it here we have kids mate,so off you go ! I automatically thought these he was smoking told them not him not do it in front of his kids so he left without a fight to the older British guy who was using hand sweeping motions to guide the Farang to the pool exit but of course I found out later that be the was single farang the lady mother didn't want him nearby So I sat down on the other side of the pool,only them & me were at the pool side , for some reason their kids decided to come around my side ,I'm laying in the banana chair shade ,and then they started jumping & diving in the pool splashing water over me, I looked up to see the British tattoed guy sitting on the other side staring straight at me. I continued to lay there until the kids diving in water got over me so I moved further back and fully clothed into the sun. Next thing the kids are running around my banana chair chasing each other And the parents of course didn't seem to care . So I got up ready to leave, when I heard the fat tattoed wife approach, as I was leaving and walking off she said words to me to the point , " there is minors here ",you can't sit there . Silly me for some reason,I guess I didn't want a argument just left without another word. But just about 2 hours ago I'm on the hotel balcony which overlooks the swimming pool when I look down to see the same family arguing with a older East European guy ,who was lounging in his briefs , the lady is saying the same thing to him with her British thug husband also appeared to be arguing about she was saying ,there's minors here !!! Now as I walk thru the hotel lobby he & her are talking to I presume the hotel manager about " pedephiles" Now my point is where can we draw the line at being single males and being pointed as some pedophile because a group of minors in their words are playing nearby? I recall about 5 years ago in Australia a guy went to his local park to eat his lunch and school children were nearby and he was asked to leave by a council ranger because the teachers complain even though it's a public park. The second story I read last week was a Japanese tourist was being looked for by police in the blue mountains of Sydney because he had allegedly approached a 14yo boy to ask for directions? So where do you draw the line of being accused of being a pedophile?

The last few days being new in town for my holiday I have stupidity tipped,worked out last few days around 5k. For what? No thanks,some just look at the tip and walk off ,couldn't even acknowledge it,so Fk it no more ! Tipped the taxi to Pattaya a few hundred baht he took it ignored me and kept talking on his phone waste of 200b never see him again. Tipped the waitress 20b she looked at me in disgust, oh I'm sorry should I tip you more I should of asked for bringing a plate out ? Picked up my laundry,a ladyboy serving me 190b gave her 200 b keep the change, started screeching !! A massage woman half way through the massage ,how much you tip me she says ? For Fcks sake I said you ain't even finished the massage Starts telling me she has rent to pay ,100 kids 7 dogs etc etc, I ignored her Gave her 100 baht tip she wasn't happy no thanks So you know what yesterday I went to different places, cafes , used taxis, bars, and didn't tip once ,not once AND they thanked me ,I actually got a wai as I sat there and waited for my change ! Now I have a mate here in Pattaya who tips everyone because, Yeo,he feels compelled, tipped the girls at Subway last Monday when I went with him and you know what they didn't even give a rat's ass about him,no thanks nothing Wasted 50 b he could of spent that on some thing else ! You know the ones who don't tip get better respect,the Russians the Indians etc Today I will do the same no tip Of course if your going back to the same place everyday I guess better to tip say 10b or 20 b but no need to go overboard just because you feel compelled. People tip because they feel guilty Yesterday I got a Grab from Pattaya to jomtien 105b , the driver telling me how he came a long way to pick me up etc,he didn't actually I only waited 3 minutes, when I got to jomtien gave him 120; tried to make me feel guilty ,that's why deep down you guys feel guilty and compelled we must tip, Several reasons for tipping 1. You are with mates are a bar ,you feel compelled to tip in front of them. 2. You feel guilty U must leave something even they ignored you on arrival whether that be a bar or cafe or whatever but you feel compelled to do it 3. They ask you beforehand or half way through a service eg massage or waitress ,how much U tip me ? So U feel compelled you must tell them you will tip them even if they <deleted> on you 4. They make you feel guilty eg they have had a slow day ,no money etc Why should you have to tip the owner of a laundry when you pick up your clothes ,no tip? The transexual asks, no tip? No tip for me ? <deleted> you already overpriced my laundry now you want a tip? Keep the change I said 10b,then she started screeching like a ......? Oh I'm sorry I should of said, here's 100 baht us that sufficient for you even though you look more wealthy than me,would you like me to kiss your ass too ?
