I guess the very few minor little things from the Chinese builder are rectified by this update.
BTW price drop on Aliexpress for 15 days for aerobook plus 15 inch 8gb...seems also better speakers now ....price tag around 525 Usd. now
I was hoping that Chuwi would come out with a 16G version of one of their laptops. It would also be nice to have a 1TB SSD as well. I need a power laptop for Excel. 8 Gb of RAM just doesn't cut it for the larger, more complex Excel spreadsheets.
I am still hunting for a decently priced 16GB/1TB SSD Windows laptop. Most of them are priced 50K Baht or higher.

Hi, do you have a Chuwi tablet ? As i saw same poster name on that forum .
Yes, that is me on the Chuwi forum.
I agree that the 2004 Windows 10 update does improve performance on the Chuwi tablet.

Since most of the Bluetooth drivers are Intel related, I would suggest installing and running the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant.
Intel® Driver & Support Assistant
This will typically clear up any Intel driver related issues. Personally, I hate Bluetooth. I use it but I think even after all these years it is a half-baked protocol. Many times it will drop off and you have to turn it off and back on. Headsets need to have pairing repeated as they drop off for some unknown reason. Bluetooth Smartwatch connections disappear and reappear. Five Bluetooth versions later and it still sucks.

EVs from all makes in Thailand cost double or more what they cost in other countries.
Case in point, the Nissan Leaf. Costs around 33,000 USD (~ 1M THB) in the USA but in Thailand it costs almost 2M THB.
The MG ZS EV version of the MG ZS costs about 400K THB more than the petrol version.
There are some electric versions that are not more expensive than the petrol version. The Mini Cooper SE is actually cheaper than the Mini Cooper S (if we are to take the SE version is the electric version of the S). I have been thinking about this car but at 2.3M THB, the price is a little steep. Availability seems limited as well. Granted Mini Coopers are incredibly overpriced in Thailand as it is.
The Honda E looks interesting but not available yet. The range is concerning with some tests coming in at the around a 190km city and 130km highway. This is definitely a city car.

EV technology will be cheaper from 2025 and become more accessible to normal people, he predicted.
So, another 5 years before affordable EVs? Where are they now? Several other countries have affordable EVs, why the wait in Thailand? I would like to buy an EV to replace my aging Nissan March. So far, I haven't seen any type of small car EV available in Thailand. Most of the EVs available are mid to higher end vehicles. My neighbor has a plug-in BMW.
Even the Prius is no longer being sold in Thailand. The Prius has a Plug-In Hybrid model available in other countries.
It is hard to believe that Thailand is serious when they don't even have currently available EVs for sale.

Of course, the main thing to watch is the electoral map. The current electoral map based on polling data has been showing a Biden electoral win since mid-June (without any swing states). The amazing thing here is the number of swing states. There are currently 154 electoral votes up for grabs! Texas, Georgia and Ohio are all considered swing states!

What strategy? Donald admitted in his last Coronavirus conference that they are still "developing" a strategy. Over 6 months in and they are still crafting a strategy? Meaning they don't currently even have a strategy on how to handle the Coronavirus! Sad.
QuotePresident Donald Trump said Tuesday that his administration is “in the process of developing a strategy” to combat the coronavirus pandemic, adding that that plan of action has “developed as we go along.”
Trump’s remarks came more than six months after the first coronavirus cases were reported in the United States. At least 141,000 people in the U.S. have now died from Covid-19 and more than 3.8 million have been infected, according to data from Johns Hopkins University.

Federal Law Enforcement Is Making Unconstitutional Arrests In Portland
QuoteThis violates citizens’ Fourth Amendment rights against unreasonable searches and seizures. It also violates their Fifth Amendment right to due process of law. Finally, it violates the First Amendment rights of citizens to protest. The government has the right to enforce the law but protesters have the right to know that if they are arrested, it will be by lawful authority.

This amateur-lawyer should know better than to give cover to ANTIFA vandals. He shouldn't be there in the first place.
Yeah, typical blame the victim response. As to be expected.

Trump did an excellent job in Portland, quite a number of the ANTIFA leadership were arrested.
Yeah, this so called "excellent job" failed to mention the beating of a Navy vet at the hands of the Federal jack-booted thugs.
Quote"I was going to ask why they weren't living up to their oath of office, the Constitution," David explained. " All I wanted to do was ask them why?"
He put on his Naval Academy gear with the hope they would listen, and would feel like he was one of them. What he was met with couldn't have been further from that. When approaching them to talk, David said they pushed him down, and started beating him with their batons and using pepper spray.

Just look at all the toss-up states! Donald is bleeding support from typical "Red" states. Texas, Ohio, Alaska and South Carolina have all moved into the toss-up column. Crazy.

The "very stable genius" (Donald's own words) didn't even take his own SAT! Donald paid someone to take the SAT for him so Donald could get into the University of Pennsylvania's prestigious Wharton business school.
Trump cheated on his SAT by paying someone to take it for him, according to Mary Trump's new book
QuotePresident Donald Trump cheated on his SAT, according to a coming book by his niece.
Mary Trump wrote in her tell-all, "Too Much and Never Enough: How My Family Created the World's Most Dangerous Man," set to be published next week, that Trump paid a proxy to take the SAT for him, according to The New York Times, which obtained a copy of the book and reported on the passage Tuesday.
"The high score the proxy earned for him, Ms. Trump adds, helped the young Mr. Trump to later gain admittance as an undergraduate to the University of Pennsylvania's prestigious Wharton business school," The Times reported.

Drain the swamp! Hmmm, more like just switch around the alligators. Donald's buddies are gluttonously feeding at the coroavirus financial aid money trough.
Trump-connected lobbyists reap windfall in federal virus aid
QuoteForty lobbyists with ties to President Donald Trump helped clients secure more than $10 billion in federal coronavirus aid, among them five former administration officials whose work potentially violates Trump’s own ethics policy, according to a report.
The lobbyists identified Monday by the watchdog group Public Citizen either worked in the Trump executive branch, served on his campaign, were part of the committee that raised money for inaugural festivities or were part of his presidential transition. Many are donors to Trump’s campaigns, and some are prolific fundraisers for his reelection.

Wow. Donald might actually get Mexico to pay for the wall. Seems like Mexico doesn't want US citizens infecting Mexicans. A wall is a wall. Does it matter to Donald's supporters in which direction is the enforcement?

Ouch, when Donald's most predominant Silicon Valley donor turns his back on Donald, you know things are bad.
QuotePresident Donald Trump's most vocal supporter in Silicon Valley, Peter Thiel, is said to have lost faith that Trump can win the 2020 election.
Sources told The Wall Street Journal the PayPal cofounder had said he would not participate in this year's campaign as he did in 2016 because he thinks it's increasingly unlikely Trump can win.
The sources said Thiel might still vote for Trump but had not donated any money to the campaign thus far and didn't plan to
The money is drying up. Brad Parscale will need to find a new mark soon.

Will Donald drop out before the election? There is a possibility that he would try to save face by dropping out and claiming a 1 term victory. Donald already "Made American Great" so time to move on...
James Carville says there’s a ‘significant chance’ Trump drops out of the presidential race
QuoteThat was Democratic strategist and “2020 Politics War Room” co-host James Carville on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” on Thursday morning, doubling down on his prediction last week that Donald Trump will drop out of the presidential race before November.
He suggested on the Comcast-owned CMCS, news channel that Republican Senators including Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.), Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), Martha McSally (R-Ariz.) and Dan Sullivan (R-Ark.) will try to separate themselves from Trump this fall. “This is the great ‘Moscow Mitch’ strategy. ‘After Labor Day, we’re going to turn on him.’ That’s really going to work,” Carville said with sarcasm.
It appears that after Labor Day, if Donald doesn't turn his numbers around, Mitch and company will turn their backs on Donald. Let the Republican in-fighting begin!

Biden's campaign once again out raised Donald's campaign this past month. Two months in a row!
Biden Outpaces Trump As Campaigns Report Record Fundraising
QuoteDespite a pandemic and the subsequent economic free fall, President Trump's reelection campaign and the Republican National Committee announced Wednesday evening they had raised $266 million for the three months ending June 30, including $131 million in June alone.
A few hours later, Biden's campaign and the Democratic National Committee announced that they had eclipsed Trump's totals, bringing in $282 million during the last quarter and $141 million in June. It's the second month in a row that Biden has outraised Trump's campaign.
It's highly unusual for a challenger's campaign to raise more money than an incumbent president's campaign.
Poor Brad Parscale won't be able to afford that second Ferrari. Sad.

Donald "hires" the best people. Well, in Jared's case it was pure nepotism. Guess that didn't work out too well.
'He's a f---ing idiot': WH insiders accuse 'moron' Kushner of sabotaging Trump agenda
QuoteAccording to a report from the Spectator, various conservatives close to the administration agree that Kushner, counselor to the president, is disrupting Trump's agenda but are torn on whether it's because of his intellect or agenda.
"Trump has a Jared problem," said a conservative activist who works with the Trump administration on immigration. "Jared is a total <deleted>>-up. Everything he touches turns to lead."
Officials reportedly describe Kushner as a "moron," "slow," and "not very bright" after interacting with him at policy meetings, suggesting he was unfamiliar with the nuances of immigration policy and the details of his own proposals.
Huh, who knew there actually was a "Trump Agenda". I wonder if we will ever hear the agenda for the second term?

The officials, who include Cabinet secretaries and other senior people in the Bush administration, have formed a political action committee - 43 Alumni for Biden - to support the former vice president in his Nov. 3 race, three organizers of the group told Reuters. Bush was the country’s 43rd president.

Absolutely damning poll numbers for Donald. A major majority of Americans are unhappy with the state of the country and only a handful say they are "proud" of the USA.
Biden Leads Trump in Poll Showing 87% Unhappy at U.S. Direction
QuoteAlmost 90% of Americans say they are dissatisfied with the state of the country, and their unhappiness is affecting their political decisions four months before the presidential election, a new study from Pew Research Center shows.
Only 17% of Americans of any party say they are “proud” of the U.S. while 71% say they feel angry and 66% fearful. Just 12% of Americans say they are satisfied with the direction of the country, less than half of the 31% who said the same in a study in April; 87% now say they are dissatisfied.

The electoral map based on polling is tightening a little bit. Even with about 118 electoral votes in the Toss-Up column, Biden is still shown getting 301 Electoral Votes. This is without even considering that he will most likely pick up at least some of the Toss-Up states.
