I did my extension 2 weeks ago. 

My turn came up with a sour TIO (Thai Immigration Officer)

Required paperwork included.:

A one year statement from Bkk Bank. Order a week earlier.

I also had updated my pass book after the 12 monthly deposits. 

She, the TIO, wanted copies of all pages plus the front page of all 3 pass books.

Was told that TI, or she, would only accept a statement printed by the bank. 

How can this be illegal? My daughter has access to my Bangkok Bank account.

Online.   She has log-in and password. 

Has on many occasions deposited and or transferred money into and out of the account.

Always to or from her bank account. 

If I am not here (passed). I told her to transfer all of the money out, into her account.

She also has access to my bank accounts in my home country and knows how to transfer that money to her account too.

Again. My money. no ones business but mine as to where, or when, it goes out.

I just got back yesterday. 

It seems most are wearing a mask.

Some businesses require it. Most frown if you aren't. 

Walking outdoors....not too close to others... up to you.

I will fly out this week and return in a few days. I used the online last time, with success.

I guess my 90 days will start on the day I return., but will I get an email from the online site when it's time to do the 90 day again?

I will mark in  my calendar to check when the date is near, just in case.

The cost of the mandatory OA insurance went up for me this year. Last year..just over 7,000. This year, just over 11,000. Insurance lady said it had to do with my age and some new requirement from Thai Immigration.  

So, next year, July. I want to exit and kill the OA. Come back visa exempt.

Go to Immigration and start the Non O process.

A day or so after I return, I will transfer over 800,000 into a new account. One that I won't use for everyday business.

I know that I have to leave all of that in the account until I have been granted a new extension.

July 2023 to July 2024. If I live that long.

I have asked this question and gotten 3 different answers.

If I keep transferring 65,000 + per month. 800K in July and 65K Aug to July 2024. Can I use those transfers to show Immigration as income from abroad? 

Then I can take the 800K and use as I want. 

Should seek advice on how to deal with drug dealers from Taksin S.

Why don't you call or email the consulate directly? Get the answers straight from the horses mouth.

Yesterday,  A Thai man. Older adult. Eating KFC. He had his mask off on one ear. He had a napkin in one hand a piece of chicken in the other. He would take a bite and then hold the open tissue over his mouth while he chewed. Lower the tissue and take another bite...raise tissue..repeat.

Made him happy.......sooooo

Now this is strange. I have sent 3 email . 2 to the [email protected] and 1 direct to the agent that helped me last year. First email was on Thursday and 2 today. early.

I just called...maybe during lunch...and only got a robot.

Did they go out of business??

My Non O-A was issued in January of 2017. I have extended it every year since then.

I am 71 this year.

I used LMG since the required insurance. 7,700 per year.. 

I sent them an email last week asking for an invoice, or whatever, for up upcoming extension.

July 12. CW.

They haven't responded???

Someone said they only cover up to 70!!!

I will call today and find out. I fell a kick in the pants coming.

I don't have the money in the bank...so.....

Anyone know a low priced company that will work?

Get a group together. 4 guys..or girls...rent a car, and go touring.

Cheaper that way.

WrLife is a UK company offering a Local and international plan.

From 20,000 USD and up.

No life insurance offered for my age. 

Rates seem reasonable. 1220 USD per year. Inpatient. 

I hate phone calls, so I will see what you people have to say,,,if anything,.. before investigating further.

I thing they would be quite happy to except your bank balance, if you were using an agent.. Maybe an Immigration friendly agent??

3 weeks back there were a dozen or more convicts cleaning the drains outside my condo.

I don't know why they don't have vacuum trucks to do that..but it got done. 

They lifted the covers and climbed down. Filled up a truck with bags of goop.

Good job.

Maybe we will all be saved when a UFO materializes and gives us the answers on how to get along.

They included a receipt and written in Thai on bottom of receipt are words to the effect that report was done online.

 

So story about nothing really except that doing 2 did not cause any issue. 

Quick question Doctor.: You say: I received the approval eventually from online report. Was that 2 days or more later?

And did you go to the online site to see if there was an approval notice?
