This is a freelance job for 3 days, Thai citizen can't do,  as done tons of such events in the past years,  even with the the Thao Govt, ministries, Parliament, etc, it not required to have a work permit for this job, it's Globally known as freelance, temporary ,, or seasonal job = once in 2-3 months time, 

 

No work permit means, can't work in Thailand! Are you hard to understand or are you naive?
