Xactly. Nobody is entertaining the notion that the truck was on the riders side of the road. Thai drivers do this all the time on this road. Their side never seems to be big enough and they drift back and forward. If no footage, then it's he said - he can't say, unfortunately. :(

Those last carriages/trailers had no illumination. I can see how an accident might happen. However, she should have seen the carriages, although I suspect, she had her visor down and they have a tint. It would be easy to not see the final trailers without lights.

It is when the goal-posts keep getting moved. What upsets one woman, may not be the same for another. One lady may be triggered by the most innocent of remarks or gestures. It changes daily. Women get upset when men are attracted to them. They dress provocatively, and then get upset when men look. It is an absolute minefield. When they don't get attention, they then complain that they are being ignored in a man's world! :)
