  1. I don't think anyone has ever asked to see my passport, apart from an immigration officer or policeman.

Me neither, but then again IF whoever asked to see my passport would have to come back to the house or hotel because I have never carried my passport with me ever in the years I've spent in Thailand and I've never had a problem...

Op must be just unlucky or making it up....whistling.gifwhistling.gifwhistling.gif

Is this a troll thread or a drunken rant OP....

Its true do you know ive been to thailand about 30 times oven the last 6 years.
  2. If someone ever asks for my passport the immediate answer will be an abrupt 'NO'.

These guys can be intimidating was scary when the 7 worker asked coz he was drunk and with his boys i thought i was gonna end up on pattaya one .

Actually his boyz kinda looked down like he lost face for getting angry when i showed him my passport and a valid visa.

    Yeah. That happened.

7/11 near the bank where the bums sleep across from coconut bar.

5 am in the morning .

Heavy rain and the roads were flooding so everyone was drinking on the 7/11 steps

Last early june 2015 including the 7/11 workers .

  4. You start by saying you came across "three of em" and then say "thats about four times in one trip", I"m confused or maybe you are or did you just imagine it or decided to start a topic of Thai bashing....whistling.gif

Either way i was asked by wannabe cops ro see my passport all 20 something male thais.

  5. Came across three of em.

First in khon kaen one bum asked me for my passport after i bought him a sato.

Next a 7/11 worker was drunk and demanded to see my pass port in pattaya.

Then at the bus station a thai asked me to see pass port .

Then at hualumpung a thai asked to see my passport when heading to surat.

Thats about 4 times in one trip and never from a actually cop just angry farang hating thais.

  6. It also doesn't help that Thailand cracked down on border runs, the coup, beer prices, and the Russian currency tanking....

But the Chinese sure have arrived! Oh boy! It's like Beijing in Big C!

    They're everywhere in CM too

Haha cheapest flight from auckland is via guong zou today lol.

Hey dont knock beer prices buddy thai red horse is still 47 baht a big one hardly 2 dollers

  7. Patong is boring as hell apart from the beautiful available women, cheap booze, night clubs, good cheap food, cheap moto rental, fishing spots, close vacinity to islands and free wifi on every corner.

  8. Does Surat Thani airport even have immigration, i dont think it does, why would they be fined there anyway, they were departing Thailand BKK, either badly reported or some BS being written

And 7 × 500 doesnt equal THB10500 BTW if it was genuine fine they overstayed 21 days

    1 If 7 days = THB 3500

    2 overstayed 21 days

    3 scammed by someone

    4 someone is writing BS

A few factual things wrong with this story

    3 people thats 3500 ×3 =10500.....
