You have to go quite a way down that list to find a predominantly white nation. Hispanics yes, whites no. Ironically China is the second largest group. Mexicans largest.
Now which 2 countries citizens does Trump hate more than any other? Hmmm.....
You just looked at the video thumbnail which is a snapshot of the final 2019 demographics instead of watching the video. In 1919 going from top to bottom - Germany, Italy, Russia, UK, Canada, Poland, Ireland, Sweden and Austria. These are all above Mexico. Then after Mexico - Hungary, Norway, Czechoslovakia, Denmark, Greece, Yugoslavia, France, Finland, Netherlands and Switzerland.
These places not white enough for you? Some of them might not be so white now due to ridiculous immigration policies.

Hmmm.
Before you or anyone brings up "muh systemic racism" - did you know that the poverty rate is higher for single parent white households than it is for both-parents-present black households? Then look at which of the two cultures put greater emphasis on stable marriage unions. ????

Seems that every group other than whites (especially heterosexual white males) has free reign to celebrate and promote their interests. Black pride, Asian pride, LGBTBBQ pride, fat single mother pride - everybody in the current climate is allowed to make their voice heard, EXCEPT white people.
Obviously kneeling on a person's neck should land you in jail for murder. But the hypocrisy makes it plain that what's happening isn't a cry for "equality". Can we get together and campaign for the well-being of whites that are cheated out of a job by a system that enforces affirmative action? How about for the whites in South Africa who are being slaughtered and having their farms illegally taken by the government? What about the most persecuted minority group of them all - Christians living in majority Muslim countries? Do we get a white history month?

Italians - yes. Jews and Muslims? No. Until quite recently in history the US was a majority white nation built by white people for white people.

Thailand was already reeling from a massive decline in the quality of tourism, and poverty rates are climbing under this tremendously untalented administration, which totally lacks concern for the masses.
Mike, as much as I despise the current government I take issue with the idea that the peoples' woes are largely the fault of the current administration. I advise people who believe this to have a go at something more on-the-ground by running a business and finding responsible employees. You'll quickly realize that the predicament of "the masses" has its origins much closer to home.

Well if that's true it certainly hasn't affected anyone's mentality up here in CM. Been trying to find a staff for our shop for over a month now. 2 out of 3 times the person never shows up. Sends in their papers, have a chat on the phone, make an interview appointment, then on the day - no show. Don't pick up phone. The few who do show up never even read the listing - no English, no necessary qualifications, didn't even look at the company website. Waste of time.
But if you talk to people - "Oh times are so rough! This government is sooo baaad!". Yeah yeah. Looking online rents are still as high as they were before. Adaptation ability or willingness to change = 0.

Our approach to dentistry really hasn't changed all that much in the last 100 years. I think the whole tooth infection stuff is seriously over-exaggerated to pad dentists' pockets. 3 of my wisdom teeth are impacted and half covered by gums and were prone to getting infections for the last 2 decades. Usually about twice a year or so, lasting for a week or two. I must have had close to 50 infections by now. Too stubborn to remove them.
Instead I completely removed fizzy drinks, desserts, wheat and fruit from my diet and now I haven't had an infection in years. Stick to meat, veggies, low carb diet, magnesium supplements and clear spirits for drinking. Sometimes oral probiotics if I feel like it. Teeth still impacted, stuff still gets stuck there sometimes. Never gives me any trouble. Regular xrays show perfect condition. My 6 month appointments take 5 minutes because there's never any stones or <deleted> to scrape off. Dentist still freaks out each time - "Oh my God you still have your wisdom teeth! You need to remove them ASAP!". Yeah yeah.
Read "Nutrition and Physical Degeneration" by Dr Weston Price. Before the introduction of "civilized" diets indigenous populations walked around with food residue stuck to their teeth for days. Flossing and brushing was unheard of. Their teeth/gums were in pristine condition.

Ditto. One year they insisted that the company name on the mailbox "looks like paper, you must make plastic". Thirty minutes of discussion still did not convince them, so I had to go back and take a close up photo that clearly showed the strip was "of a plastic nature". This after having filed for 5 consecutive years with photos of the exact same strip of "looks like paper". This on top of the 90+ pages of absurd documentation, and dozens of photos of staff and office.
It just gets harder every year. I'm already doing everything by the book, employing 4 Thais, paying everyone's social security, paying myself a mandated salary of 50,000 because I'm white, etc. Last year during my 3rd extension:
IO: "I see on your paper the taxation department has given you a number which indicates what category of industry you're involved in."
Me: "Yes"
IO: "The number is wrong. It says your business is in the category of cotton seed squeezing industrial machine production."
Me: "That's not even remotely close to what I'm doing."IO: "Yes, you have to change it"
Me: "How? I didn't apply for that number, they automatically allocated it to me. It's not my fault it's wrong."
IO: "You write a letter, go to taxation department to tell them they made a mistake, wait for response and come back"
Next time at IO:
Me: "Ok, I've got your updated paper now"
IO: "Yes. Oh. Your staff. You need to have been paying all 4 staff for at least 3 months"
Me: "Yes, but Ploy's brother-in-law got drunk and stole her bike so she's had to go live with her sister in Lamphun. We got Gaew but she's been with us for 85 days, not 90 days yet."
IO: "You need to write a letter explaining your transgressions."
Next time at IO:
Me: "Ok, I've got the updated paper and the letter explaining Ploy's predicament".
IO: "Yes, but now I notice your photos. You have photo of everybody. But you need also each person at their desk doing their work. And also in front of your office, the sign has to be visible. Please be working at your computer in your photo"
Next time
Me: "Ok I've got the paper, letter and the photos"
IO: "Yes let me see. Oh, your TM30. It's from Chiang Mai. But you flew into the country 2 days before this report into Bangkok. Where is your Bangkok TM30?"
Me: "My father-in-law is a disabled 77 year old man and I'm not going to wheel him in the heat to the nearest police station so he can report that I'm staying at his place for 1 night. The app doesn't work and I haven't received my login."
IO: "You need to write a letter explaining your transgressions and possibly pay a fine"
Next time
Me: "Ok I've got the paper and the letter and the photos and the other letter explaining why I've been such a terrible human being"
IO: "Yes. Oh I forgot to tell you, we discovered a spelling mistake in our own forms which we require you to fill. We've amended the mistake. Unfortunately because of the change the form now is no longer #209789, it's #209790. Please fill out the new form and amend any mentions to it in your other documents. Sorry for your inconvenience"
Next time
Me: "Ok, I've got all the papers and forms and photos you could ever want, each page signed and each page photocopied and arranged in JUST the way you like and the dates changed to today"
IO: "Yes. Oh. Your printed photos of yourself. The size has changed. Your photo is 4.6 cm long. New size is 4.7 cm long. Go next door and print new size."
10 minutes later
Me: "Ok I've got everything"
IO: "Ok, pay your fee and you should hear from us in a month whether we let you stay and run your company with your money."
Me: "Can I travel during this time?"
IO: "No."
Me: "What happens if someone from my team quits again during this time and I no longer have 4 people?"
IO: "Make sure they don't quit"
???? Why am I here again?

Amazing. By comparison the scrutiny I am subjected to as a foreign business owner is not even in the same universe. How is it that after funding and organizing my company and then justifying to immigration why I need to be employed there (????) am I still having to go back and forth to immigration each year because "need more photos of you and staff standing together"? 4 Thai people need to have been on payroll for at least 3 months during time of visa extension. How am I supposed to do that when people quit regularly without any notice at the drop of a hat?

Anybody else read this in Prayuth's voice? - "if you criticize anything that means you hate Thailand". Nice try. Note I haven't said a single thing here suggesting I "hate" the country. All I'm doing is asking questions about this story's authenticity in the context of a huge online group of people who CLEARLY hate farangs. But I'm the "problem". Nice.
12 hours ago, Marcus Atwood said:Dude, you are full of hatred for Thailand and are completely wrong about the Spotlight Thailand page. Had you bothered to ever learn Thai, you would have perhaps learned a thing or two about Thais and Thai “sarcasm”. The comments about threatening to kill foreigners is total BS by the way. You’re either making that up or taking things completely out of context to fit your warped world view that is the hatred of Thailand.
The Spotlight Thailand comments are Thais mostly just joking around about farangs.
12 hours ago, Marcus Atwood said:Please stop spreading upsetting misinformation about Thailand. Comments such as yours do great damage to Thai-farang relations. Sadly, many will believe what you have posted to be accurate information. It is not.
Bro, if you're having the time of your life in Thailand and everybody loves you then I'm genuinely happy for you. I don't have a problem with happy people going about their happy lives.
What I DO have a problem with is people who think their **** don't stink.
Seems some people either have a terribly short memory, or are deliberately glossing over the facts. I'll let the comments of many Thais from Spotlight speak for themselves:
And then there is the video made by the admin of the page in English which has since been taken down (I think there's a copy on YouTube someone uploaded but can't find it) where he clearly says
"All foreigners - young, old, man, woman, child"
"You are s***t"
"I hate you"
"Go home and die"
But apparently this is all fine because....... it's a giant joke! Hahaaaaaaa.
I guess he took down the video of his racist ranting because it was too funny? And he has never made a public apology to foreigners and clarify his position because he's too much of a funny guy?
Can I make a FB page calling on all farangs to get slingshots and shoot Thais that are out and about? And make videos about how all Thais are "insert-derogatory-slur-here"? Then when I get called out for it just claim "guys guys guys.... we were just jokiiiiiiiiing"?
The guy got the FB ban-hammer and was exposed for the hate-driven farang basher that he is, then removed all evidence and all English comments pointing to his garbage, never issued an apology/statement and is now growing a second FB page. But somehow I'm the problem for pointing out that a feel-good-praise-the-Thais Phuket story at this exact time is a little hard to believe?
12 hours ago, Marcus Atwood said:This is precisely what the locals were hoping to avoid. This is not good publicity for Phuket. Phuket is the gem of Thailand
See, I completely agree with you here. Phuket is a pretty awesome place (built largely on visitors' money). The difference is that I also believe THIS is the motivation behind the article. Damage control.
I'm not here to rain on your parade. If you're living the life then all the more power to you. But if you're going to claim people like myself are the problem, then I'll say you need to ask yourself one question -
If a gang of angry locals with slingshots come round your house today, are your amazing friendly Thai neighbors who've only ever treated you with "kindness and respect" going to stand up and defend you?
We all know the answer to that.

As long as (snip) is left alone and the remarks aren't personally disparaging everyone has the freedom to criticize. Not fear, bitterness or anxiety. Just a healthy dose of skepticism. Nevertheless, I appreciate your mannered responses and accept that we have our difference in opinion.
Although if such negative anti-farang perceptions are not representative of the views of Thai people one has to wonder why they haven't received more criticism either in the media or in the social media sphere..... ????

You must have experienced some very unkind actions during your life.
Don't you think the timing and coincidental location of this is just a little bit too convenient?
All we've gotten in the media for over a good month now are stories of farangs being unwashed diseased basturds. Then through Richard Barrow and ThaiVisa public awareness grows of the existence of a Phuket-based FB page called Spotlight Thailand with 600,000 followers and an admin who routinely calls for Thais to take up slingshots and shoot rocks at foreigners. ANY foreigners. In videos he literally calls farangs "s**t" and tells them to "go home and die". The posts have hundreds of comments mostly supportive of his views, with many posters expanding on the admin's slurs, accompanied with photos of their own slingshots and rocks ready for action.
Eventually through combined efforts of reporting to FB on grounds of hate speech the page is removed. Then the ThaiVisa article on the page is removed. And now on the exact day after this we get the first feel-good story on the kindness of Thais to stranded foreigners in the context of covid19. In Phuket. Not in any of the other 75 provinces.
I can't see how anyone can fail to question the authenticity of this story, considering the context of time and location it's being played out in. Especially when we've all seen the exact same thing 100's of times with taxi drivers.

Black Lives Matter protest in Bangkok, Sunday
in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
Posted · Edited by Genmai
Because the current climate is dictated by a very vocal minority who has bullied everyone into submission via fear of being called a racist/nazi/bigot and has steered our coddled Western society into celebrating victim mentality. As such the most subversive, radical, dangerous and unconventional thing that one can do right now is to stand up and say "I'm a straight white male and I'm proud of it", or to campaign for the welfare of other white people. On the other hand if you're a proud black transgender 12 year old who wants to bring down "white supremacy" you'll probably get a spot on Oprah.
